Walked in last minute, they found a room for us but it would be a bit before it was ready. They were kind enough to let us work in their lobby and one gentleman went out of his way to make us feel welcome & find a quiet spot for a conference call. Another gentleman accommodated us with access to an outdoor area. From the desk agents to the shuttle driver they were kind and caring,. All around they were top notch people! Their actions did not go unnoticed. I was comfortable and felt safe there by myself at night. Room perfectly clean and very nice, but the people made the difference! I highly recommend.
