Comfort Suites O'Hare Airport

This was an amazing hotel. The staff was very nice and I could tell they appreciated having me as a guest. The breakfast was a lot better than I expected too! I was thankful for the shuttle service they provided so we could also get on the subway and not just go to the airport. I am definitely staying here the next time I visit Chicago.

Nice place and friendly staff. I went for an open amazon job interview and the staff showed me where to go, had the best attitudes and great smiles. If I where traveling I would stay here. Everything was spotless and you could tell everyone puts a lot of pride into working there

Stayed at this Comfort Suites hotel on a recent business trip to Chicago. Staff were very pleasant and allowed us to check in early. The rooms and bedding were clean, bathroom was clean however, the rooms and hallways are in need of a renovation, decor looks very dated. They provide adequate services for your needs, wifi was good. Location is out of the way, but you choose this location for proximity to the airport. Hotel shuttle was on time and got me to the airport. It's an average hotel stay, and not really expensive so there is some good value for your money. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good did not eat at the restaurant but the one next door was good. The rooms were large although a little dated but nothing to bad . Would absolutely stay here again

Nice staff and nice hotel. No complaints. rooms are very nice and very clean. I liked the layout better compared to other Comfort Suites I've stayed at. Room service is available and is very reasonably priced and service was prompt and polite. Room was clean and comfortable and appeared modern and updated and everything functioned. The the hotel has a courtesy airport shuttle. The hotel has a restaurant and is also adjacent to another restaurant and bar as well as a strip mall with an Aldi grocery store, subway, wendys, gas station, bank with ATM, and a few other stores and fast food within walking distance. Not a bad place and I would definitely go back. Samantha at the front desk is fabulous and one of the best. Stayed again recently as part of a birthday weekend and was all good. No complaints whatsoever. Complimentary breakfast is still being served and is hot. Like the new system where you can text the front desk for anything needed during certain hours

I booked on a third party site and there was an issue with my reservation. ALEX he went above and beyond trying to fix our resolution as possible. The second I walked in he greeted me with a smile & a funny remark. He made me feel comfortable and we ended up booking an ADDITIONAL 2 nights!

The staff is super nice and understanding. They treat you like you are at home and a part of a family. They are very considerate and they will help you out as much as possible.

First and foremost the customer service was amazing! I could of stayed anywhere in the Chicago Area, but the clerk Laurel was so professional & courteous I ended up staying 2.5 weeks(had to work in the area). On top of that the hotels location is great, there's a grocery store(Aldis) behind the hotel, with in a mini plaza with other accommodations. A sports bar is across the parking lot, but I must admit the restaurant in the hotel makes very good food. There's all types of other accommodations in the vicinity. Even more important the hotel rooms were spacious nice and clean. You'll get the bang for your buc staying at this hotel.

This is a clean hotel with a restaurant/bar and is next to another restaurant/bar. Even with COVID restrictions in place we felt comfortable and welcomed by the attentive staff. The hot free breakfast had several items to choose from in addition to toast, cereal, and pastries. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is a short walk to a grocery store and coffee shop. We would stay here again.

Amazing stay. Everything good. Room has all facilities but bed was bit softer. They provide shuttle to Airport whenever you need it. Breakfast is really great! Highly recommend.

The staff is always great (Shirley is so awesome!!) The rooms are spotless and I always look forward to staying there.

I live in Minnesota. This is the ONLY hotel I stay in when coming to the Chicago area to visit family and friends. Always clean. Breakfast is great. Staff are friendly. This last visit a few days ago was no different. Check in is at 3 PM but my kids and I arrived early, and Alex was nice enough to let us check in when we got there. He did everything he could to accommodate us in any way he could, and even gave me a deal on the price due to finding it cheaper on Priceline. We left this morning (01/13/2021). This morning.at 9 AM, breakfast was over, and my 4 year old and I got down there late, but the man at the counter was happy to unlock the dining area doors for us so my kiddo could have his Fruit loops and Juice. I love this hotel! Def. Recommend! Thank you to the staff.

Very clean, staff is friendly..

LOVE this place! Anytime I come in from Minnesota to visit friends and family, this hotel ALWAYS goes ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations to make my stay amazing! This time, I was in to surprise my parents for Easter weekend. My kids and I arrived on Friday at 8 AM. I went in to pay, and Lauren was the front desk lady on duty. I explained the situation about us surprising my parents, and told her that I booked a separate room for my parents so they would think I was just doing it for them, but didn't want them to know I was in Chicago before I could surprise them, and check into my room. Lauren did AWESOME! She allowed me to pay for both mine and my parents rooms, and put my parents' room under my mom's name just in case someone else besides her checked them in. She didn't want to ruin the surprise and have anyone tell my parent's there were TWO rooms under my name. My mom said she had an easy check in process, and once she and my dad were checked into their room, Lauren called me to let me know they had arrived, were all checked in, and told me their room number. When my kids and I showed back up to the hotel, Lauren quickly checked us in, told us my parent's room number, and we went upstairs to surprise them. My mom cried of course, was super shocked, and when she found out Lauren at the front desk knew we were coming the entire time - she complimented Lauren that afternoon about how good she was at keeping the secret that we were also in town. :) This entire weekend, Lauren did everything and anything she could do to make our stay wonderful the 3 days we were there, and she was always so upbeat and happy.

My dad LOVES the slots in the lobby, so he was excited about those, and having the bar and grill right downstairs was awesome as well.

Our stay was once again AMAZING, and I want to thank Lauren especially for all her work at keeping our surprise visit a secret until we arrived to surprise my parents. :)

I was VERY satisfied with my stay. I had a last minute flight delay and was able to book this room for the night. The shuttle was able to pick me up and take me to the airport ! Check in was seamless. I did a thorough check of the room and it was nice and clean ! Thanks so much for making a stressful situation not so bad ! Also , water pressure is amazing in shower :))

I only booked one night but can honestly say I enjoyed my experience here! Staff was friendly, and super easy check in. Room was warm and clean. Bar downstairs had the BEST food!!! Breakfast was nice in the morning. Shuttle service picked me from the airport and took me to the mall and train station. For the price this exceeded my expectations!! I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my colleagues.

LOVE THIS HOTEL ❤❤❤ Front desk staff is SUPER friendly (as is housekeeping), breakfast is delicious and servers are very patient and hospitable, and rooms are extremely spacious. The standard room is all you need. (Depending on your circumstances but it has 2 Full beds, and a bathroom separating a nice couch/TV area that has a desk, mini fridge and microwave. Awesome restaurant within walking distance(or bar/restaurant in hotel), and shuttles to the airport. Definantly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!
