Comfort Inn & Suites Logan Airport

I was very impressed with this Comfort Inn, a few notches above the rest! The interior design is warm & inviting - their rooms are like 2 room suites with many amenities. The staff is excellent & personable. I tried their Park, Sleep, Shuttle, & Fly deal. Outstanding - stayed night before, took shuttle early the next morning, they are only 4 miles from airport (got to sleep,a bit later), and upon my return from my trip, I called for Shuttle pickup, & they were prompt. Plane landed very late due to a 2 hour delay. Glad I had booked for that night, I was not wanting to drive home with another hour drive. I was very impressed - this is a great place to stay! 👍😊

Pretty nice hotel, room was clean and bed was comfortable. I needed a conference room last minute during my stay and they were able to accommodate me. They also were willing to refund my last night when I didn’t end up needing it. Breakfast was standard but good. Margaritas restaurant downstairs was pretty good as well.

Excellent stay. We booked a park and fly room. Good breakfast with many options. All staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was up to date and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

We used their park and fly service and they were very accommodating. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Our drive in the shuttle to the airport was great and we had a very helpful driver. On the way back, it took a little longer than expected to get picked up and the driver wasn't nearly as helpful. They were busy so we figured that might be why, but that's the reason for the deducted star.

I stayed this past weekend and it was great. Room was clean and comfortable! The indoor pool was clean and appropriate . The breakfast was good; they have hot breakfast and options! Friendly staff; great guest service. Good location; only few minutes from the beach and places to eat. Loved it ; i recommend this hotel!!

Matt and Christian Wallace were very accommodating. When we checked into our room the door did not latch and the only way to keep it closed was to deadbolt it and 1 out of the 2 key cards didn’t work. When I called the front desk they were so accommodating and offered to upgrade the room free of charge on the same floor to prevent from having to relocating our luggage to a different floor. Very happy with this accommodation. The continental breakfast was delicious.

My go to hotel when needing something close to Logan. Room and property are always clean, airport pick up and drop off is also on point. Prices usually very reasonable.

Left our car there with Park and Fly for a week. Nice room, nice breakfast and we had dinner at Margaritas next door. Good Mexican food. The shuttle to the airport was great also-- both ways! Our car was waiting for us when we got there.

The girl at the front desk when we checked in was super sweet and super helpful. Very inexpensive for a room and parking, and the breakfast was really good. Will absolutely be back

A great experience using their sleep, park and fly package. We stayed there for both the departure night and the return flight night, left the car. Great friendly staff, fast shuttle 24/7 only about 10 minutes from Logan, large clean room and a nice hot breakfast included as well. We will definitely stay there when flying out of Boston.

The front desk person I checked in with for my 3 day stay was very nice and helpful. I needed assistance the last day of my stay and he worked on it for me over 45 minutes fixing my room reservation.

Shuttle service was on schedule each day. Housekeeping made up the rooms and breakfast was included.

Rooms with a king bed were way more nicer than the 2 queen bed rooms. For some reason, furniture seemed a little worn out and less attractive as well as the desk area. Carpet had some stains and peeling wall paper.

Both beds and pillows were good and shower head water pressure was great. Nice, soft towels and perfect lighting throughout the rooms.

Nice indoor heated pool and lounge area. Always fresh coffee and water available plus warm baked cookies on certain days.

1st time in Boston, the hotel shuttle took a little while to pick me up but the hotel is beautiful, walking distance from a few diff food spots & GEORGE @ the front desk was so kind! I really appreciated his service :)
