1st time in Boston, the hotel shuttle took a little while to pick me up but the hotel is beautiful, walking distance from a few diff food spots & GEORGE @ the front desk was so kind! I really appreciated his service :)
Unsanitary stay during Covid. We came from out of state, and weren't impressed for the room with the price we paid ($171 for a small suite) and come to find BLOOD STAINS on our pillows directly before falling asleep. We threw the pillows on the floor and in the corner. The next morning the complimentary breakfast included a child size container of cereal in a paper bag sitting on the counter. After mentioning our bloody pillows, we just got an "oh, I'm sorry about that, did you call the desk?" FROM the woman at the desk, with no accommodation or at least a partial refund. I have yet to find an email to write to a corporate office, but it wasn't worth the almost $200 stay. I think its safe to say I really can't bring myself to stay at another Comfort Inn again.
For the restaurant: #1 Had to track someone down to wait on me after sitting for 10 minutes (seat yourself sign at host desk) #2 Margarita rocks/salt should not be a difficult ask... came without salt. Sent it back and settled for water #3 Server brings dinner and sits it on the corner of the table - waits for me to move in front of me and blister my fingers to tell me that the plate is hot #4 Left the charge for the margarita on the invoice. Terrible experience. The food was good, once I bit back the pain in my fingers
My go to hotel when needing something close to Logan. Room and property are always clean, airport pick up and drop off is also on point. Prices usually very reasonable.
The management and staff were not friendly at all. I am a travel agent that booked a 3 night stay at $87 per night, I had requested 2 queen beds because I was traveling with my children. Check in is 2:00 PM , I tried to check in 15 minutes earlier and the staff informed me that they did not have any rooms available or cleaned yet. Later on while checking in I had the staff confronted me about having extra people in my room, which I had to explain who the guest were. They charged me an additional $ 50 fees for a daily rate on top of the booking which were hidden fees in case I use their phones or snack-bars. When I voice my opinion to the staff about the lack of customer service that I was not receiving in their establishment, I was told that they would increase my rate on their end. I called Expedia and I shared my experiences with the hotel staff and they tried to get the hotel to honor the initial rate that were initially quoted and they denied to work with Expedia. Please beware of the hidden fees and the lack of service from the comfort inn and suites. They spoke to me as if I was in a 3rd world country. I have traveled all over the world and I had not have to endure such unprofessionalism. Beware folks do not accept abuse on top of your hard earn money!
My room was not cleaned properly. Had a sanitized sticker on the door and in the bathroom, however the couch had either food or vomit on it and the sheets on the pull out bed were filthy, with food stuck on them. They changed my room but by that point I had lost faith on the cleanliness of any of it. Especially after a flight attendant had the same issue as my children and I. They offered 10,000 points thinking that would some how save the health of my family. DISGUSTING!!!
The front desk person I checked in with for my 3 day stay was very nice and helpful. I needed assistance the last day of my stay and he worked on it for me over 45 minutes fixing my room reservation.
Shuttle service was on schedule each day. Housekeeping made up the rooms and breakfast was included.
Rooms with a king bed were way more nicer than the 2 queen bed rooms. For some reason, furniture seemed a little worn out and less attractive as well as the desk area. Carpet had some stains and peeling wall paper.
Both beds and pillows were good and shower head water pressure was great. Nice, soft towels and perfect lighting throughout the rooms.
Nice indoor heated pool and lounge area. Always fresh coffee and water available plus warm baked cookies on certain days.
I was very impressed with this Comfort Inn, a few notches above the rest! The interior design is warm & inviting - their rooms are like 2 room suites with many amenities. The staff is excellent & personable. I tried their Park, Sleep, Shuttle, & Fly deal. Outstanding - stayed night before, took shuttle early the next morning, they are only 4 miles from airport (got to sleep,a bit later), and upon my return from my trip, I called for Shuttle pickup, & they were prompt. Plane landed very late due to a 2 hour delay. Glad I had booked for that night, I was not wanting to drive home with another hour drive. I was very impressed - this is a great place to stay! 👍😊
Pretty nice hotel, room was clean and bed was comfortable. I needed a conference room last minute during my stay and they were able to accommodate me. They also were willing to refund my last night when I didn’t end up needing it. Breakfast was standard but good. Margaritas restaurant downstairs was pretty good as well.
Excellent stay. We booked a park and fly room. Good breakfast with many options. All staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was up to date and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
Left our car there with Park and Fly for a week. Nice room, nice breakfast and we had dinner at Margaritas next door. Good Mexican food. The shuttle to the airport was great also-- both ways! Our car was waiting for us when we got there.
I stayed this past weekend and it was great. Room was clean and comfortable! The indoor pool was clean and appropriate . The breakfast was good; they have hot breakfast and options! Friendly staff; great guest service. Good location; only few minutes from the beach and places to eat. Loved it ; i recommend this hotel!!
