There was no communication among the staff. While calling to book my stay I made it clear I had a service dog and needed a room to accommodate this. On my arrival to check in, the front desk had not been notified and acted as if it were my fault they did not know. Also, the front reception area is deceivingly well renovated with new finishes. As for the rest of the hotel past the front desk it is older and falling apart. My furniture was cracked and coming apart in my room as well as the tub, large gaps in drywall around fixtures, and overall old, unclean and under lit rooms. Rude unhelpful staff. I stay in hotels for work all the time and I will definitely not be staying at another Clarion again.
Mr. Nick was very accommodating for the special requests we had for our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast hot and tasty.

Stayed at this location in Renton several times over year. Always clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Flooring in 9 of 10 rooms i stayed In is squeaky thumping every time person in room above walks. So loud it wakes me up what seems like every time the person walks to bathroom or gets up from chair or bed. Happened on at least half the stays. Freeway close by is noisy, noisy.
Because all of the front desk agents were so welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They were extremely professional, yet friendly. All of them have great attitudes, and are there to meet your every need. Kellyna, Michele, Singh and Zach are all outstanding examples of the ideal customer service agents. I appreciate their personal approach to excellence. They make a great team! Thank you.
Really comfortable. The check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The free breakfast was actually not that bad. The server shouted at me though for not covering the food that i had met uncovered. I thought that was inappropriate
