Clean. Convenience to restaurants and stores. Helpful staff.
Outside of under the circumstances I would consider this place a terrible choice and advise all beings that breath air and drink water to stay as far away unless you have no other choice... HOWEVER, with the current pandemic and the fact that they are still open while all of their amenities are unavailable due to a full scale in-progress renovation occurring, I'd say it's OK. Hence three stars. Maybe in time I can come back and give it another shot and bump that up or down, but it has beds, running water and as far as I can tell no leaks... All in all what you need bare minimum, but pretty middle of the road.
This Hotel, I have to say, is pretty nice for a 2.5 star hotel. The room I stayed in was a Suite with a King Bed. Very cozy and comfortable. But the best part was the "free" breakfast served from 6am until 9am. It was great hot breakfast food! We're talking biscuits n gravy, scrambled eggs, potatoes, n link sausage. Muffins, a variety of cereal n juices, coffee, tea, DIY WAFFLES w/real butter and if you look in the mini fridge where the milk is there whipped cream for your waffles, and of course Maple syrup...yum...
You gotta see for yourself.
The staff is friendly and eager to please. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great so you didn't have to go out to eat first thing in the morning. They also help out VA veterans with disabilities who are there for doctor appointments. Very satisfied!

We rented a quote-unquote conference room from this hotel. It looked more like a torn down room with a bunch of Cafe tables in the middle to have a makeshift boardroom table. The TV screen in the room was not hooked up and did not work. The staff were nice and as helpful as they could be. There was also a lot of flexibility for the rental. We could bring our own food and beverages. The parking was free as well. The place could be much better, but the rental price is very cheap and affordable.
There was no communication among the staff. While calling to book my stay I made it clear I had a service dog and needed a room to accommodate this. On my arrival to check in, the front desk had not been notified and acted as if it were my fault they did not know. Also, the front reception area is deceivingly well renovated with new finishes. As for the rest of the hotel past the front desk it is older and falling apart. My furniture was cracked and coming apart in my room as well as the tub, large gaps in drywall around fixtures, and overall old, unclean and under lit rooms. Rude unhelpful staff. I stay in hotels for work all the time and I will definitely not be staying at another Clarion again.
Mr. Nick was very accommodating for the special requests we had for our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast hot and tasty.

Stayed at this location in Renton several times over year. Always clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Flooring in 9 of 10 rooms i stayed In is squeaky thumping every time person in room above walks. So loud it wakes me up what seems like every time the person walks to bathroom or gets up from chair or bed. Happened on at least half the stays. Freeway close by is noisy, noisy.
Because all of the front desk agents were so welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They were extremely professional, yet friendly. All of them have great attitudes, and are there to meet your every need. Kellyna, Michele, Singh and Zach are all outstanding examples of the ideal customer service agents. I appreciate their personal approach to excellence. They make a great team! Thank you.
Really comfortable. The check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The free breakfast was actually not that bad. The server shouted at me though for not covering the food that i had met uncovered. I thought that was inappropriate
