good customer service, nice and healthy continental breakfast and free transportation at 3 am just what i need it. most hoteles only provide shuttle service till 12. thanks for the amazing service.
The hotel rooms I was in smelled like mold and the smell was very strong and the room carpet was wet, I noticed it when I stepped on it and my socks got wet. I had to switch rooms 3 times the 3rd room also smelled like mold and it's carpet was damp, but it was not quite as bad as the other 2 rooms and it was too late to leave. Also the bath tub was not clean and the pictures show something that looked like dried blood in it so no shower. The cleanliness of this hotel left much to be desired. I cannot recommend it to anyone...
Staff was excellent. Hotel itself is old. Looks like they tried to upgrade it but took the cheap route. Room was humid so everything felt sticky. Tile floors in entrance and bathroom were sweating. Air Conditioning worked but did not dry room out.
Super great location and the room was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is that if you provide shuttle service 24hrs because clients fly on different schedules, breakfast should be served at LEAST starting at 6:00am on time. I was ready to depart at around 5:50am and I saw the food ready to be served but I was told I couldnt until 6:30am :-(
The staff was very unprofessional. Bringing there child to work and keeping her hidden in back. Another employee cooked bacon for herself and not the guest. Another employee filled up her cleaning bottles in the breakfast area while we were eating and used the dispenser we were using to drink water. But the lady working the desk ( Jennifer) was amazing, she was very professional and friendly and I was there for 3 days and she was the only person I saw at the front desk. You need more employees like Jennifer.
