Roxian Theatre Parking
Once a classic movie house in 1929, the Roxian Theatre at Mckees Rocks is now one of Pittsburgh’s most renowned music venues and live events spaces. The popular venue is located at a prime location just four miles from downtown Pittsburgh. Parking at Roxian Theatre
Event parking is available behind the building along Furnace Street Extension. Parking is usually free at these lots, but if you’re looking to guarantee a spot, those purchasing tickets (whether main floor, balcony, or VIP) also have the option to pre-pay and reserve Premium Parking via the Live Nation website.
The event parking lot opens approximately one hour prior to the scheduled event.
Additional Parking Near Roxian Theatre
We did a little digging and discovered alternative parking near the theater. Consider these options if the Roxian Theatre parking event lots are full during a concert night.
Rite Aid Shopping Plaza Lot: Several visitors were able to park for free in the Rite Aid parking lot at 114 Chartiers Ave, just a four-minute walk to the theatre. We recommend reading parking rules and regulations to avoid getting towed.
Street Parking Along Chartiers Ave: Metered on-street parking is available along Chartiers Ave and is free after 6 PM. Keep an eye out on posted parking signs and time limits to avoid incurring a Pittsburgh Parking Ticket.
Ride Public Transport
Pittsburgh Regional Transit (Port Authority) oversees bus transportation in the borough of McKees Rocks. Bus lines 20, 21, and 24 drop by the Chartiers Ave + McKees Rocks Plaza Ns bus station, just a 3-minute walk from the theatre doors.
