Gila River Arena Parking Options
The Arizona Coyotes’ home arena offers multiple event parking structures in the vicinity. A pre-purchased parking permit is available for the Renaissance parking garage, Valet parking area, West VIP, and lots G and J. If you pre-book a spot, you’ll have a guaranteed space in the selected lot up to 30 minutes after the scheduled game time and probably get a discounted parking rate. Guests without passes can head to one of the lots available on an event-by-event basis. Those are Yellow Lot, West VIP, Garage, and Lots G, J, L, and E. >>Reserve on Vivid Seats. The map shows locations of all neighboring parking lots, which are available for short-term parking. Gila River Arena doesn’t allow overnight parking. >>Reserve the official parking at Gila River Arena
Car parking fees at the Gila River Arena parking facilities start at $10 and go up to $75. Prices vary based on the lot, but you can find a cheap nearby parking spot easily if you book in advance through Ticketmaster. This way, you’ll also get an expedited entry/exit and save time in addition to money. Here are the average pre-paid parking prices for Arizona Coyotes home games in the 2022 season:
|Parking Facility||Event Rate|
|Lot G – Premium Parking||$20-$30|
|Renaissance Garage Parking||$35|
|Lot E – Valet Parking||$40|
You may purchase a Gila River Arena parking pass up to one hour before the event begins. Vivid Seats covers most upcoming events and provides a selection of offers for any Coyotes game!
ADA parking spots in the visitor parking garage and lots G and J are obtainable on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of van-accessible spaces are available for oversized vehicles, too. In addition to the mobile parking pass, any guest who plans to use these spots must display a disabled parking placard, permit, or license plate. Purchasing parking on the spot is also an option, but it’s usually significantly more affordable if you make a reservation ahead of time.
Arizona Coyotes Parking at Westgate
If searching for parking near Gila River Arena, the Westgate Entertainment District is the best and most convenient option! Ten Westgate parking lots are placed north of the venue and allow pre-booking for $10. Be sure to purchase parking ahead of time since the cost on the event day is $15. Metered parking spaces are also available, and the hourly rate on home game days is $3. The lots within the complex are also open for all Arizona Cardinals games at State Farm Stadium, and you can compare prices in the State Farm Stadium Parking guide. On non-event days, the Westgate lots are available at no charge.
The most cost-effective transportation choice for patrons coming from downtown Phoenix is the Valley Metro bus route 70. Public bus stops are available along West Glendale Avenue, a several-minute walk away from the arena. A day pass is $4. Another alternative is ride-hailing, and you may arrange Uber or Lyft, which pick up and drop off nearby. If you need a transfer to PHX, requesting Uber to Phoenix Airport would be a good idea, but booking a Phoenix Airport Shuttle is sometimes more affordable. PHX is located 20 miles from the venue, and the ride would take up to 40 minutes.
