Accessible Parking

ADA parking spots in the visitor parking garage and lots G and J are obtainable on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of van-accessible spaces are available for oversized vehicles, too. In addition to the mobile parking pass, any guest who plans to use these spots must display a disabled parking placard, permit, or license plate. Purchasing parking on the spot is also an option, but it’s usually significantly more affordable if you make a reservation ahead of time.

Arizona Coyotes Parking at Westgate

If searching for parking near Gila River Arena, the Westgate Entertainment District is the best and most convenient option! Ten Westgate parking lots are placed north of the venue and allow pre-booking for $10. Be sure to purchase parking ahead of time since the cost on the event day is $15. Metered parking spaces are also available, and the hourly rate on home game days is $3. The lots within the complex are also open for all Arizona Cardinals games at State Farm Stadium, and you can compare prices in the State Farm Stadium guide. On non-event days, the Westgate lots are available at no charge.

Transportation Alternatives

The most cost-effective transportation choice for patrons coming from downtown Phoenix is the Valley Metro bus route 70. Public bus stops are available along West Glendale Avenue, a several-minute walk away from the arena. A day pass is $4. Another alternative is ride-hailing, and you may arrange Uber or Lyft, which picks up and drop off nearby. If you need a transfer to PHX, requesting Uber to Phoenix Airport would be a good idea, but booking a Phoenix Airport Shuttle is sometimes more affordable. PHX is located 20 miles from the venue, and the ride would take up to 40 minutes.

Tailgating Information + Nearby Bars

National Hockey League supporters cannot engage in tailgating activities at the venue, but an array of bars are placed in the vicinity. Make use of the arena’s convenient location to check them out before a game and have some fun with your friends! We listed the most popular places within the Westgate Entertainment District:

  1. Yard House
  2. Fat Tuesday
  3. Salt
  4. Bar Louie
  5. The Lola

All bars and restaurants are within a quick walk of the Glendale arena entrances.
