Inquiries and payments for walk-in site tickets can be made from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays.

In October 2021, parking meter rates in St. Louis saw an increase in the cost of parking ticket fees. It came in the form of a $5 increase in parking fines in the following classes:

  • Public safety parking violations: $45
  • Disabled parking violations: $100
