Comerica Park

Being one of the highlights of downtown Detroit, Comerica Park is a quite popular place for all baseball fans in the area. It’s an open-air ballpark with a capacity of over 41,000 and home to the MLB’s Detroit Tigers. Apart from baseball games, the ballpark has hosted various other events, such as concerts, Hockeytown Winter Festival, and even soccer games.

Comerica Park is at 2100 Woodward Avenue, which is in the downtown area, only a few minutes from Detroit city center. Due to its convenient location, visitors can use various transportation services to get there, such as public transit. It’s the best way to avoid the time-consuming search for a secure parking space and paying daily parking fees. The Grand Circus Park station is a 3-minute walk away from the park, and public transportation is available via the Detroit People Mover trains. Guests can also use the QLine at the Montcalm Street station, which is a 5-minute walk from Comerica Park. The public bus service is provided by SMART and DDOT. Alternatively, visitors can easily grab a taxi cab anywhere in downtown Detroit or arrange a private car service through Metro Cars by calling (800) 456-1701.

Drivers who don’t want to use transportation alternatives to reach the ballpark have various event parking options. Many vehicle parking garages and lots are available within walking distance from the park, as well as street parking. To find the option that suits your needs and budget, check out all the Comerica Park parking services below.

The simplest way to get the most suitable discounted parking spot is by pre-booking in one of the nearby lots. The Ford Field Parking Deck also offers many covered parking spaces, and the fees depend on the event; the starting rate is $4 per 2 hours.
