Not a great experience. 3 or 4 competitor shuttles have gone by. Texted for pickup as directed on the ticket for pick up. They wanted my email for promotions. Finally called and only then did they send the shuttle.
Hispanic driver on Sat night June 1/2019 was quite rude to a Gay male couple trying to board the bus apx 10pm terminal 3. Only when other passengers supported them did He let them on. Real surprise was what happened at Crown plaza parking structure when they got off. Despite getting tipped He insulted and cussed them with many FU comments. I was embarrassed. He need training or a new job
Great service in regards to transportation to and from the airport. I left my vehicle there and I did not have any issues
Be aware that the shuttle service is not 24/7. I called/texted/called and waited for over an hour after midnight to be picked up. The shuttle never came. Finally after flagging down the shuttles for other parking structures near to them, one of the drivers took pity on me and dropped me close to where my car was - at 2am. Perhaps even worse, the person who answered the phone the second time I called hung up on me because she did not appreciate my tone. Needless to say, I did not appreciate her lack of concern or care. When she finally answered the phone again, five minutes later (I guess it took that long for her to calm down), she admitted that she was unable to contact the driver of the shuttle. In other words, after she had accused me of not waiting in the correct place, she admitted that she had no idea where her shuttle and driver were. So, no, they had never sent the shuttle. Even though there was significant traffic issues in the airport due to construction, I watched shuttles for other parking companies go by several times during the over hour I waited. I know which parking companies I will call next time. It certainly won't be Airport Center Express.
Just simply make a reservation and watch how nobody gives a single damn about it. Oh, and you’re going to be surprised by how CARELESS can a 24/7 customer support can be. Plus they also have the best attitude over you paying them money. Right now my vehicle’s security is truly depending on luck + I LITERALLY missed my plane and stuck in the airport because of the lamest shuttle service EVER
