Little Caesars Arena (LCA)

Having been situated at 2645 Woodward Avenue in Midtown Detroit, Little Caesars Arena is less than a mile away from the city center. This multi-purpose arena was opened in 2017, and it is a home of the NHL’s Detroit Red Wings and NBA’s Detroit Pistons instead of Joe Louis Arena and the Palace of Auburn Hills. Apart from ice hockey and basketball games, LCA hosted the 2019 Figure Skating Championships, professional wrestling events, the 2019 League of Legends Championship, as well as numerous concerts.

Visitors who plan on using public transportation should know that a QLINE station (Sproat Street/Adelaide Street) is adjacent to LCA, which allows you to have quick and easy access to the arena. Little Caesars Arena Parking Lots, Maps and Directions

Countless (un)covered parking spots are available near the arena, and our map will provide you with locations of each lot and garage parking. All 32 parking facilities are provided by Olympia Development and within a 10-minute walk to LCA.

While approaching the arena, the signs will direct you to all visitor parking lots. Capacities and prices of these structures are subject to change based on the size of the event. The facilities open at least three hours before the scheduled event.

As you can see on the LCA map, the Little Caesars Arena parking garage is the closest and most convenient option. The indoor parking facility is safe, and day parking reservations are required. The LCA reserved parking deck offers a short-term parking rate of $40 and a VIP flat rate of $60.

The Henry West Garage is also very close to the arena and has the same parking fees as the LCA garage (~$40), while the Temple West Garage provides rates starting at $20 just a few minutes from the arena. The Fox Garage at 50 W. Montcalm Street is also very close and costs $25.
If you go just a little farther from LCA, you will find much cheaper options, such as 2121 Cass Ave. Lot, 0.3 miles away from the arena. A free shuttle service is provided, and the short-term rate is only $8.50. The same affordable price is offered by the 850 Witherell Lot just South of Comerica Park and 2961 Second Lot. The 200 Madison Lot has outdoor spaces for about $10 per vehicle.

Accessible parking is available in all Olympia-owned parking areas on a first-come, first-served basis. A visitor has to own a disabled parking permit, license plate, or placard. Standard parking rates apply to handicapped parking. There is also a designated ADA Drop-Off/Pick-Up location along the West Fisher Service Drive.

Olympia Development does not provide any RV parking area for oversized vehicles.

Visitors driving electric vehicles might search for EV charging stations. In case you need them, use one of the following
