FTX Arena (American Airlines Arena)
The FTX Arena, still often called American Airlines Arena, is a large entertainment and sports venue situated in Miami, Florida. The Miami Heat home arena changed its name in June 2021.
Located at 601 Biscayne Blvd, the arena is only 1.6 miles from the city center. Due to its convenient position, visitors can use various transportation services to reach it. If you want to use the Miami MetroRail, the Government Center Station is the best choice, while Park West Station gives you access to the free MetroMover Omni Loop. The Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre station is also a short walk away. Alternatively, guests can request a ride through Uber, and the drivers drop off at Gate 6.

Accessible Parking
Handicapped parking spaces near the former American Airlines Arena are available in the garage underneath the arena. A guest must own a disabled parking permit or license plate to use ADA spots. Regular Miami Heat parking rates apply. Spots for oversized vehicles are also available on a first-come, first-served basis in the P1 garage, but we recommend one of the surface parking areas near the FTX Arena.
