After arriving a little after 12am Sunday morning, I was hoping to have a pleasant experience retrieving my car as I've had with other airport parking lots. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The lady who answered my call had a very very nasty & miserable attitude. She should not be talking to customers or answering the phone. She left a very bad taste in my mouth after such a beautiful vacation. Her attitude can even be proven via call recording. Seems she is disgruntled or just unhappy with her job. My thinking is, if you hate your job that much, find a new one. I thought it was just me, but the other lady in the shuttle van said the same thing about the woman. She hung up on us multiple times, just seems to be a disgruntled employee.
Easy place to get to, good service, cheap parking. Will definitely use Vista parking whenever flying out of Newark.
5 Star service with easy access from the NJ Turnpike. I have used Vista many times and so have many my family, friends and customers. Great Service, reliable, honest and safe works for me.
Have used these guys for many years and always had good service. The last time I used them my car battery died and they had to jump it multiple times. I came back to it running for me, they went above and beyond! Will continue to use them for their great service.
You get what you pay for. They're super cheap, also kinda slow. But your car is safe and they finally got new vans.
We've been using Vista for years with no issues and have recommended them to many of our friends. Last week, we came home from a 9-day trip in the rain and darkness, loaded our luggage into the car which had been brought to the front of the lot, came home and didn't look at the car until the next morning. Much to our dismay, the front end of the car had been smashed and the bumper was hanging. We've been trying to contact the corporate office, but they absolutely refuse to return our calls and emails. I am upset at the damage which totals roughly $1600, but even more dismayed that we were not notified when we paid for the parking that there had been an "accident." The driver of our car had to have known that he hit something and hit it hard; that they tried to hide the knowledge from us is, at the very least, unethical and dishonest. We called the police, but were told this was a civil case. I am quite sure our insurance will increase as a result of this and we are out the $500 deductible, but we want to warn everyone to find another parking lot. Vista Parking does not employ standard moral business practices. If I could give this business a minus rating, I would; the one star was the least I could do. BEWARE THIS COMPANY!
Easy to find, safe location at the Howard Johnson, responsive, timely shuttle with pleasant drivers. Under 10 mins. to airport. Coupon code on their website. Happy that I am supporting a family business. Will definitely use again.
I have used Vista Parking on 5 separate occasions now, and they have never disappointed. Friendly staff, courteous, extremely affordable, reliable - I can't say enough. Thank you, Vista Parking, for taking such good care of me and my car!
Would leave 0 stars if possible. Upon returning from Europe and extremely exhausted, I was picked up quickly at the airport. My car was waiting. I paid and got in the car. I noticed the fusebox was open, but thought it might have been bumped and didn't think anything of it. I got in and drove home. I didn't use the car the next day. When I went out to use the car the following day, I noticed the front right bumper was damaged. I got in and noticed all the gift cards (Dunkin Donuts, Panera, etc. that I keep in the car's console were gone. There were easily 15 to 20 cards worth well over $200. The plate covering the shifter was also damaged. The screw had been removed and someone tried to pry it open. This place either has an employee problem or a security problem. I would stay as far away from Vista as possible.
I have parked at VISTA for decades. Over the years I have seen the service decline to the point where I will never use VISTA again. The shuttles take forever to arrive and are filthy and old, the help has become outright nasty and uncaring. The final was last night I returned from a long trip and my car was delivered with more bird s**t on it than seems even possible. I questioned the attendant in the office about why they would park a car in that area and she rudely said Im not a parking attendant. In done, good luck VISTA. There are many options and I would never treat my customers in such a manner, I guess VISTA is doing very well. BYE
