Very fancy lobby! 8 minutes from the airport. We had an interesting experience the night we stayed there. They were hosting an event which was very well attended - to say the least.

We are given a really nice room on the 6th floor with our pet. Unfortunately that whole floor reeked of cigarette smoke - it was fresh too. It seems the people attending the event didn't care much for no smoking signs. So while my wife went to speak to the front desk (some issue with the phone system that day) my daughters and I started to make ourselves comfortable. That's when we found that someone had left their underwear to dry on the large beautiful lampshade. Only found it cos we were looking for the switch to turn it on - and Lo and Behold! :-D

A very apologetic lady from house keeping came to switch us to another room. This was on the 4th floor and the view was not as great as the first one but the room was nice and clean with no bad smells. Very spacious room and bathroom, large TV, nice furniture, comfortable high beds. They had an order ahead system for breakfast to accommodate for Covid times. We did not try it - we sleep in late. Check out was at noon.

The event created a parking shortage which on any other day would not have been a problem. I think they just did not expect so many people to attend this event. That said the security staff blocked off a section of the parking for hotel guests. Although that too was quickly overrun by the event attendees. My family and I had planned to go out for dinner so we requested the hotel staff to ensure a parking spot was saved for us. And they did! Overall was very satisfied with the friendliness and politeness of the staff. They were very helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay. From the front desk to the bellhop to the security team to the housekeeping to the parking attendant - all of them provided outstanding service! The room rate was reasonable the battery was reasonable and the parking is free. We plan to stay here again.

Airline put us up here after a mechanical issue meant a missed connection. The hotel did a great job of taking care of my family of 6 in the midst of a challenging situation. Very nice rooms, clean hotel. Overall made a challenging experience as painless as it could be.

This is tough because while the staff were great, especially the shuttle driver, and the hotel is nice and in a good location, and our room was mostly nice, the air conditioning was awful. I kept turning it down and it did not get cooler. Even when we set it to 65 the monitor showed it as 71 in the room. That and the fire sprinkler thing must have been defunct because it flashed randomly and in bursts all night. So hopefully it was just our room and not the rest.

We were suppose to get picked up from the airport in their shuttle and their phones were down so no one answered. We waited at 10 and then at 10:30 and never saw the shuttle. We had to Lyft back to our car and we asked for a refund and they refused. If you’re looking for a dependable shuttle service, this is not the hotel for you!

Beautiful lobby! Room was slightly basic, but still nice and decently sized. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I was stuck waiting in the lobby for a while and the gentleman at the front desk carried on a conversation with me for quite some time! I'd recommend this place for sure.

I'm a Titanium member and use this hotel often. Not sure what is going on with this property.. Arrived today, checked in and had to use my bathroom. Couldn't because there was water/urine stain there sitting in the toilet ...like it hadn't been clean properly.... The bathtub and floors also dirty. In addition my room reeked of skunkweed, which I have been smelling more and more when I am walking to and from my rooms. I asked to swap rooms cause the smell was awful. I guess I will have to search for another hotel now. People need to smoke their weed outside like cigarette smokers..

I used the Way app to park and ride to the airport. I don't have detailed knowledge of the rooms but the lobby area was immaculate! The fresh smell of bleach, partitions at the front desk and employees wearing face masks. The bathrooms behind the elevator were very clean I just wished there was more lighting.

The kids loved the pool/hot tub. I had issues with the cleanliness of those areas. No one tidied up or brought towels in the 2 days I was there. Around 5 PM a group of adults arrived essentially taking over the hot tub, three was fine. however those same people proceeded to leave trash, play obnoxious music loudly, and propped open the back door leaving it unlocked and unsecured until past noon the next day when I alerted staff of the issue. Hot tub was very foamy and both pool and tub a bit cloudy. Found centipede in pool area, one crawled on my foot. The room was clean, beds were nice but one sank really far in and wasn't very comfy. Overall not the quality I expect of a Westin hotel. A bit lower class, could be the area.
