Love this place.
The lobby is modern and beautifully decorated with holiday cheer.
Parking is an issue. This weekend was busy, They have a wonderful brunch. Eggs, pancakes, toast, sausage, potatoes, fruit oatmeal , coffee and juice. A little of everything for everyone. Plus the area is beautiful for dining.
Everyone is friendly and attentive.
We had a fantastic visit for 3 nights/days after Christmas. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. We had great service from everyone from valets to room staff to the front desk. We took advantage of valet parking, and the valet staff recognized us when we pulled our car and returned, etc. and were very engaging with us and the kids. We had some great recommendations from the staff for places to eat and the like. We were fortunate to be given a floor on 17th floor, and the views of the area were excellent. A very nice and very clean hotel and facilities. Our kids were very happy with the stay and want to come back. While the hotel is right downtown, the driving around the hotel was very easy. We frequently walked to restaurants and shopping nearby.
Room was amazing! We originally booked a room with 2 full beds and upon check-in asked (crossing our fingers) for an upgrade and the clerk happily gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with 2 queen-sized beds! No mini-fridge, and space was tight - but the facility was gorgeous and amenities were sufficient and, honestly, unless you're planning on hanging out in the room, it was ample space.
Had some family come into town earlier this month for a short trip. Had them stay at Hotel June as it is in close proximity to LAX and to Santa Monica (where we'd be spending a bit of our time). Got to the Hotel and was greeted by the Rooms Manager, Kelly O'Connell, who got the family all checked in, assigned a fabulous room, and who gave lots of pointers for "kid friendly" places nearby. Throughout the stay, Kelly would see the family around the property, and check in with them as to how the stay was. What shows her attention to detail is that even with a hotel full of guests, she remembered everyone's name. A big thank you to Kelly for making a great hotel stay that much better. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you Hotel June for an awesome experience.
Hotel June. Just came back from a great stay. Do yourself a favor and get an ocean view room ! The staff was super nice and eager to get anything you need. The parking staff was also amazing!
We had a great time and even visited a car show right across the street. This hotel really doesn't have too much within walking distance (shops are closed) but Malibu and Venice are a short drive away. All in all great stay ❤️
Excellent from start to finish! Staff was very nice and accommodating. The beds were super super comfy and the rooms were super nice. Valet was pretty pricey but with limited parking I get it. Overall, I would stay here again.
It’s a nice hotel ,
Quite ,clean and neat.
The stuffs are very kindly.
I love here.
Beautiful place. An oasis in LA❤. They treated us well and we didn't want to leave. Their restaurant is cool, tacos rock! Seating around the pool, so serene. Apartment suite, superb! Room service, perfect. Complementary bikes to ride, fun! I loved it. Would go again tomorrow if I could. Thank you Hotel June!
What hotel doesn’t have a microwave or any amenities? The staff is unknowledgeable about what is going on around them..
Not sure how there are so many positive comments when my experience was the total opposite, makes me wonder if my friend and I were being profiled. Poor customer service from the start. We waited patiently for Kelsey to finish with her guest so we could check in and when she did she ignored us. When another guest walked up she immediately assisted her even though we were next in line. We were told there's a mandatory security deposit of $75 per night even though the website says $50 so we had to pay $300 just to check in.
All of the staff is uninformed of their policies so every time we asked a question they were unsure or had to call a manager.
Bathrooms are nice but the shower has no door or curtain so all the water just splashes out onto the floor and is so slippery. Bathroom door has no lock, there is no security lock on the front door either. Floor was stained and feels like you're walking on cement, and there's no room service so we had to take our own trash out, request our own towels, and make up the beds. Also windows were dirty so we couldn't take photos of our city view.
As far as amenities, the outdoor area is cute but the food and drinks are way overpriced for the quality. We asked if we could play our music by the pool and were told yes as long as it's quiet. Then the lady sent her manager over to tell us to turn it off even though she couldn't even hear it. They told us there are no dogs allowed by the pool area but another group was able to bring their dog down. We also wanted to eat our breakfast in the dining area and were told no but when we walked through the lobby later on they allowed two women to eat their food in the lobby area.
With all this being said, the only accommodation we received was a $50 food/drink voucher which didn't even cover three drinks. So all in all, I will never be staying here again nor would I recommend this place. -- This was for a birthday trip.
Looove this place. Service was super sweet, amenities were in perfect condition and overall experience is great. Will definitely come back
The Hotel June is absolutely beautiful!!! The pool was my favorite part if you love palm trees this is the place for you. The staff is incredibly friendly and always checks up on you to make sure you’re doing well. The service at the actual pool may take longer but you can always just walk up to the bar. This review is 100% honest. The hotel is stunning. There is a $50 holding fee per night that will only be charged if you order room service, movies, etc. Food and drinks are NOT included in the price. Breakfast is NOT included you have to pay for it which is the only thing that threw me off. Other than that absolutely amazing get away will definitely be going back. Thank you Hotel June for the paradise stay!!!!
Stayed here 2 nights. First night the room alarm system went off at 3AM, they fixed this. Second night the AC did not work. Then a week later I found out that there were $30 of extra charges billed to my account, they said this mistake was made by the valet (which apparently is a separate entity). The beds, however, were comfortable and customer service was good as well.
$40 for parking!!! Never heard of that before anywhere in my entire life!!! They don't tell you that until after you have booked the room! Rooms are super tiny and there is no bathtub. Stand up shower only. Nothing nice about the room for this price. Way over priced. Definitely do not recommend and I will not be staying here next time.
It's safe, everyone is wearing a mask, they take your temperature as you get in the hotel, the tables seating are spaced out so they are following distancing procedure, the staff is very nice, everyone greets you as they see you, you really feel comfortable.
Absolutely the entire experience at Hotel June from start to finish!
The staff welcomes you with a "welcome to Hotel June resort" and had the kindest etiquette and manners.
I'll definitely be staying at more PROPER hotels after experiencing Hotel June.
They have an outdoor destiny area called the Caravan Club and despite the slow night, they welcomed me with drinks. There was a heated lamp atop my head and it made the entire night so cozy.
Their bed is fluffy and stuper comfy. Great shower water pressure, too! Lol
Looooved my stay!
Was on the fence with booking my stay but Kelsea at front desk was so welcoming and warm! Feel a little more at ease booking now.
Will update once again when we are booked in!
A.C. took such good care of us as our group came in unannounced. She was able to accommodate us and we really enjoyed our experience. Drinks and food were tasty. We will be back when we are in the area.
Fantastic new hotel, great design, atmosphere, friendly staff, beautiful fun pool, great restaurant too!! I’d highly recommend this as great spot to stay as a home base for exploring LA!
Hotel is very nice 👌👍 beyond 5 stars..staff was awesome and very professional..hotel is right next door to Ralph's market.tje location is very convenient..
Caravan Swim Club feels like an oasis of well being with plenty of space to choose from around the pool area with attentive service delicious plates and fun options to choose from! Just opened so hidden gem for now for long...
This hotel just opened up! Honestly would come here again in the far future. I hope they’ll retain the same hospitality and attentiveness as it is today. Shout out to Angie for being so good to us
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can't wait to go back!
