We got a king room. The bed was comfortable and clean did fine some random hairs on the sheets when we checked the bed but when someone is cleaning and making beds it can happen. So we just brushed it off no biggie. The shower was good. Wish they had more hand towels but overall it did its job for what we were given. Also this isn't the hotels fault but we had a loud person next door slamming her door and talking on the phone so loud even with the TV and heater blowing I could still hear her... But that comes with hotels... Seems like a safe location. Nothing suspicious. Needs some updates but overall the price was great for two night! Def will stay again.

I forgot to take pics,but if you see all of my reviews I'm pretty spot on when I say the service we got was great, the room was spacious and we just got back in from Miami and I must say the beds were really comfortable here,room was clean only thing I would suggest would be better towels but a great švisit.

Staff is excellent and helpful. I scheduled the wrong dates for the reservation and Abdu was able to get me a room. When I needed change for water from the vending machine, he provided me with change. Then when we found out the machine was out of water he provided me with water from the back, Abdu was very helpful and made my stay enjoyable after a long day of traveling.

The room door was hard to latch. The TV had a huge thick line down near the middle of it. I went down to get another day added to our stay and the gentleman (May 17 approx 10 am) that was helping us acted like we were a bother. He shouldnāt be in customer service the lady that checked us in the day before was kind (May 16). He also quoted me with taxes and everything added up one price & then changed it without telling me and charged me more.

Rooms are good compared to the low cost that charge. They are very punctual for pick up and drop offs. They will make you feel worry free when you are going to catch an early morning flight. Safe place to park for long parking.

This is one of the nicest Super 8 hotels I've been in. The room was really nice and clean. The exterior was a little rough, but the room surprised me. You cannot beat the value for it's location near the airport and complimentary airport shuttle.

My wife and I are staying here due to how expensive apartments are and how it's walking distance to work. The staff is so sweet. Sam and Teresa are absolute sweethearts. And Alan the manager is great with communication and making sure guests are happy and safe. House keeping is on point everyday between 3-430 and absolutely ALWAYS respectful and making sure we get everything we need. This place is very welcoming to our pets as well and our dog loves being around everyone. Thank you for making this a safe place

My father in law is staying at the hospital in ICU. We were looking for a motel to spend the night and very tired. Syam greeted me when I came to see if there were any rooms available. When I went to the room, it was very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for your hospitality and genuine friendliness. In the morning, we were late for the 9:30 breakfast. The man in the front still offered us something to eat and drink. We ended up going out to get something and checking out, but that offer He made was so generous. When I returned my key, they were just genuinely very kind and sweet, telling me to have a nice day and I hope your father gets better. Will never forget their kindness. You made me feel not just as a guest at your hotel, but a friend. You may find a fancy motel somewhere else, but these people made me feel like a friend of theirs. Thank you for your sweet hospitality.

We needed a place to stay that would let us leave our car for a few days & and had a shuttle to the airport. This location was very convenient & they offered both a place to park & fantastic shuttle. Sam delivered us to the airport & then picked us up a few days later when we returned. He's a hard worker! Remember to reward his hard work, handling luggage, & driving to & from the airport with a generous tip
Tonight after he picked us up, he was in the other side of the counter checking a guest in. We will definitely return.

While the room was dated, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I appreciate that the front desk person assigned a room close to the entrance. Shuttle service to the airport was on time and the driver was very helpful.

I have stayed here several times. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Rooms have been updated and are nice, clean and beds are comfortable. Prices are very reasonable and shuttle service is very reliable and driver was very helpful with helping me with my bags and directions. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room itself was not overwhelmingly great, but Iām giving it a rating of four stars due to the park and fly option. Mr. Patel took us to the airport quickly and was actually waiting on us with the shuttle 15 minutes before our scheduled time. He checked us in at the front desk, drove us to the airport at 4:30 AM, and was on call while he was driving. That man does it all and with only five hours of sleep a day. Super, super kind and helpful.
Air conditioner in the room did not get rid of humidity but the perk of not having to pay for parking was well worth it.

I was impressed with my 2 night stay at this Super 8. Tressa, the front desk attendant, was very kind and accommodating in making sure I made my shuttle on time (she called my hotel room to help me make the shuttle), helped me with a few breakfast items I liked, and shared with me about the local surrounding area. For the room, it was clean, comfortable, had a nice headboard of the Kansas City Skyline (which I absolutely adore), and the room rates were reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel when flying out of Kansas City. And Thank You Tressa for an awesome stay!

This time, however, they went the extra mile for us (literally), driving us to the airport twice when we needed to reschedule a flight and then picking us up again when our flight was canceled. The room had been mostly redone, with new flooring and the bedroom area looks really nice. However, there are not nearly enough plugs for the current world with everybody having cell phone chargers and computers.
The service was excellent and the front desk knew their policy about pets and were awesome about giving us a same day reservation.

The room was clean. There was a refrigerator and microwave. Shower was good. The only issue was the water from the sink was not very strong. I would definitely stay there again although it was a little pricey after all the fees.

We stayed at this hotel overnight on our way to the east coast for vacation.
This hotel is motel style. Meaning the doors are outside and there are no hallways like a hotel. The location was good and close to stores. Also pet friendly. We took our two dogs with us and they were welcomed in this hotel.
The area was nice. Some noise from the airport but that is expected at a place called Super 8 by Wyndham Kansas City Airport.
Would stay again if we were headed back to the east.

The room was bare bones and showed some age but it was clean and odorless with basic amenities. The young man at reception who also drove us to the airport in a nice new van was very pleasant and there was a simple but nice breakfast available from a clean kitchen area when I left at 4 am. For an inexpensive place to sleep before an early flight I was totally satisfied.

Good value for an overnight, car parking, and airport shuttle. Rooms have been updated, and although some edging and a few other things weren't updated and not totally clean, it was MUCH nicer than when under previous ownership. Quieter than I expected. The beds have a plastic sort of mattress cover that was noisy when settling in and overnight. Bathroom door needs oiled as it was loudly squeaking. Staff member was efficient and helpful.

Tressa is a super star, Iāve stayed here a couple nights now & sheās been on top of everything by herself. Between shuttling guests, checking them in, & handling amenities on her own, she keeps her positive attitude regardless. An absolutely ace employee, if she was on my payroll sheād be getting paid twice as much. The location is great, the rooms are mid, and breakfast sucks, but itās worth it to stay here.

Nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about. Rooms were clean, showers were hot and full of water pressure. Lots of parking, easy check in and check out. "Breakfast" was simply and waffle maker, some breads, and some cereal. But better than nothing, especially opening at 4am.

Excellent Rooms with good staff, I stayed in R-301, It has Microwave and refrigerator. The lobby area is very nice. Continental breakfast was superb. Highly recommended to stay.
