The airport shuttle offers convenient access to the airport terminals and metro station. Call ahead to get the direct line for the driver because the hotel desk staff can be slow to answer the phone. No breakfast is served but coffee is available. The rooms are basic and showing their age, but fair for the price. My bed was comfortable and linens were clean. This is a basic roadside hotel directly across the freeway from the airport. There are higher end hotels nearby at a greater price point if that is your preference.
Oh my! Very dirty and grimy. Very rude staff. First night they gave our reserved room away and put us in a leftover that hadn’t been vacuumed recently. When I realized the error and brought it to the staff attention I was told “When you book through a third party, you are not guaranteed a specific reserved room - and we are full so no changes will be made.”
When I asked about their advertised free breakfast staff said “No, we don’t do they here. You can go to Golden Pancake, they are cheap.”
The staff member tried to get me to sign a “blank room rate” approval form, which I declined unless they added a rate for me to see. This angered the staff member who continued to be extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
was looking to book here and the customer service was HORRIBLE! I called to confirm that parking would be available and was told "hold on" each time I asked my question. I was then transferred to another person. I again asked my question regarding parking and was asked if I had a reservation. When I again explained that I wanted to confirm parking would be available prior to reserving, I was hung up on. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Will not be staying at this hotel and would not recommend to anyone else either.
The first night was wonderful. The lady at the front desk was fantastic, can’t say enough wonderful things about her. I stayed a second night due to the excellent welcoming service. The second night the gentleman was excellent, very professional! The third night was horrible! The lady was nasty, rude, visibly unkept, and looked high. She has the demeanor and personality of a crocodile, why is she there? She’s also the reason for one star because that’s the least I can give.
The hotel was good enough for a one night stay, but I wouldn't spend a vacation here. It was just the basics. Our first room smelled like smoke, but they quickly relocated us. The staff the night we arrived and our driver on the shuttle service to the airport were very nice. The hotel staff upon return was rude. I had to call three times before the shuttle arrived. According to the driver the front desk staff forgot to call him the first time. The second time he went to the wrong location. We waited 40 minutes to be picked up.
Desk clerk on duty at 10 pm was one of the rudest and incompetent people I have ever encountered. I waited 45 min for a shuttle that never came because she said that she only sends it to terminal 1 and can't have the shuttle driver chasing all over the airport. I was at terminal 2. Finally got an Uber to hotel. When got to the room, no ac turned on . Room temp was 91. No microwave or coffee in room. Only coffee in the morning. No bag breakfast. Nothing . Another rude clerk in the a.m. Choice Diamond member will never enter this hotel again.
This place was horrible pool was closed looked like it hasn't been opened all year, looked like people lived there. Entrance smelled liked urine, windows were propped up with objects as if there was no air. Parking lot was full had no where to park. I wouldn't let my dog say there.
This hotel should move away from the airport, it seems its for local guests only. No food. No elevator. No pool. No microwave in rooms. No modern look. The only thing is the staff was amazing and really helpful and accommodating. Had to be switched to another room twice due to a horrible smell in the first two rooms.
First thing hallways not even vacuumed. Who knows when last time that happened. Get in room, floors were terribly dirty, no vacuuming there either. The desk chair was so dirty couldn't even sit in it. Had to have them change it. The towels had holes in them. I had called the 800 reservations number and asked if the were serving breakfast and they said yes hot breakfast. Get there and they are not allowed to serve anything for breakfast. We checked out at 1:30 in the morning because it was so uncomfortable. The next day I called to speak to the manager and they say he wasn't in and leave a message he would call back. He did not call. Called the next day and again he was not there but the girl checked and he gave us half off room but never did call All this time they charged twice to our credit card..needles to say not happy.
Decent for the price. Uncomfortable beds. Dirty bathrooms. Nothing excessive, but definitely budget type hotel. But for the price was within reason and a decent spot to stop for a nights rest.

Zero stars! Dirty rooms, I literally went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and clean the room before we tried to shower and sleep, the room had no air on when we got there and was very hot. No air in the hallways, they had a window propped open with an ice bucket!! Cigarette smoke and weed smell in parking lots, lobby and halls. Tried probably 50 other hotels trying to find another option but everywhere was booked. Will NEVER stay here again
Shower would only run extremely hot water. Hot enough to not be able to put your hand in for more than a second, had to skip my shower.
Tried to call reception from the hotel phone and didn't work. Tried to dial the number from my cell phone but it's impossible to reach someone.
That being said I think I'd give a star or two more if that problem was solved as the room was clean and good overall.
Check-in was smooth and fast. Nice clean bed sheets but mattress was really hard. Somewhat updated bathroom but still clean. Overall clean and comfortable stay
Where do I begin? The room was very dirty. It smelled really bad. Also almost everything in the room had some sort of stain on it! One of the mattress had trash stuffed underneath it! Definitely avoid this HOTEL!
Nice clean room, although a bit dated, it was well equipped and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating, and the airport shuttle ran exactly when they said it would. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Shockingly bad. First we were given a number for an airport shuttle that had stopped operating by the time we got in. When we got to the hotel another customer in front of us had the same complaint. $100 bought me one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. Dirty, rusted fixtures, and at the end of an incredibly long hallway on the second floor (no elevator) full of noise and the smell of stale tobacco. A huge obviously long-unrepaired leak has created water damage across the ceiling. It looks like it's about to collapse onto the desk.
And this morning it started to rain, dripping water on my stuff. It's the last straw.
For the love of God, do not stay here.
The lady at the front desk charged us for an extra day of parking that was not required. She acted as if she was on drugs. The floor in the bathroom was very cold. The room was clean but average. the room was not sound proof lots of traffic noise and noise from people in the Hall the phone in the room did not work. However the lady that drove our shuttle to the airport was great! Five stars for her
We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago when we took a family trip to the Grand Canyon and had an early flight out. They let us leave our car on their parking lot for the week for staying with them at no additional charge , drove us to the airport at 3 am, and picked us up at the airport when we came back. We were pleased and excited to book with them again! But this time when we went to Hawaii, we stayed with them, and they charged us $7 a day to leave our car. They shuttled us to the airport to fly out, but when we arrived back to the airport after flying home (a combination of 4 flights across the country to get home over 24 hour period) and we called them to send the shuttle to take us to the hotel where our car was parked. 30 minutes passed and they did not arrive. No problem, we called again and was told they would be there right away. 20 minutes more passed and no one arrived, so my husband began walking to the hotel to get our car and left me at the airport shuttle bus stop with our bags. 10 minutes after this, a Quailty Inn shuttle arrived and other passengers began getting aboard, so I walked over to the shuttle and told the driver the situation. He asked if we had spoken to a woman when we called and I said we had. He said it had been shift change but he didn’t know why no one had come for us. He left me where I was, still at the airport, and took the other passengers to the hotel, arriving just as my husband was approaching the hotel parking lot.
This place does not look like the picture.....it is really run down. We only stayed one night before our flight but won’t be staying here again. I will say, Miss D was very nice. Our hotel shuttle to and from the airport were on time.
This place looks nothing like the online pictures. It was actually a little on the creepy side. Heater made a loud creaking noise all night. Toilet leaked from the bottom and soaked the floor up. Outside my room the ceilling was leaking so badly that the hallway was puddled up and a 6 foot section of the ceiling was sagging. Every corner I looked in needed some type of work or repair. Very disappointing for a Quality Inn.
Room was clean and ms d was nice. The water was not hot but just luke warm. Turned on the heat and it didn't make the room warm for over 5 hours. I also didn't know it required a $100 deposit. I been in way better hotels that didn't require that. Walls was beyond thin and could hear everyone. I will not return here.
I attempted to contact staff multiple times on 02/11/2021 in an attempt to see if we could obtain a room earlier than 3:00 PM. However mu wife and I were unsuccessful in reaching the front desk after multiple attempts.
If this is the level of service received before arrival then I may have to choose an alternate hotel that is willing to perform their required duties at front of house.
Nice people work here. Older building. The Oder rooms are prolly worse. Ask for something newer if your picky!! Good luck!
It kinda smelled in there and the sounds of planes overhead was not pleasant either. It's right next to a major highway so you have that noise also. But if you need something super cheap and no amenities then go here
If you need a quick place to lay your head. Then yes this is an okay place to stay. The rooms are very dated, beds aren’t comfortable at all. And this location is in need of a serious renovation
The place was filthy!!!! I waited in the lobby while housekeeping “cleaned” the restroom only to go in and find it dirty and with no toilet paper! The rooms smell and don’t even bother calling the front desk. The night staff was so rude and use the caller id to avoid doing any work at all. This is a 1 star at best and only because they are located near the airport. Avoid this place at all costs!!!! When we tried to voice complaints we were told there’s nothing they can do. 🤮Just terrible 🤮
Stayed overnight before flight, Ms D was awesome and so nice! Helped us get a good parking spot up front for us to leave our car for a week. Shuttle to airport was great. A week later returned late to stay overnight again before heading home. Noticed my car was Missing the License plates. Mentioned to night clerk and she said she didn't have access to camera that a manager would be in in the morning it was midnight so understood. Slept, woke up to a toilet leaking in bathroom, went to desk and had to wait for awhile to get help. The lady was very rude and acted up set I was even there. Said no manger would be in that day. I know they can't get my plate back but some care would be nice. I Wouldn't feel safe about parking here again.
When I walked in, I could already tell it wasn't clean. There was dust in a lot of places. The showers were dirty and had dirt in them. The beds were very loud. The walls were chipped. I didnt even really want to stay the night there. It wasn't the worst hotel, but definitely not good. Overall, I had a bad experience. Won't be back unless they change some things around there. I do not recommend.
Booked the room for 2 nights, Sunday and Monday. Monday I flew out, ooh and no shuttle, arrived back Monday night, my room had all my belongs taken by the hotel staff. I was able to recover a few items but still above 100.00 worth still missing. Hotel manager thought by refunding one night was sufficient recovery of my stuff or its value. He was rude, and didn't care that my belongings were gone or that I felt violated. So far Choice Hotel has not resolved the issue. Would never recommend this hotel as they obviously don't value a persons privacy or belongings.
Arguably the best cheap hotel located near the st.louis airport. The room was clean; at this time of pandemic I made sure to pull out the comforter and sheets to make sure they were clean and washed properly. The hotel provided great service and internet connection was decent. I am go glad I booked this hotel to save me some money, also everyone at this hotel was helped and made sure my stay was perfect without any problems. Next year I am visiting st.louis again and I plan to stay at this Quality Inn again.
Ms Dee at the front desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND her call of duty for us. My husband just had surgery and was unable to go to the lobby each day to renew the reservation as we didn't know how long we were going to have to stay. Ms Dee came to our room twice each day just to check on him and ask if he needed anything. And she brought us new room keys as well. She is a true example of hospitality. Her vibrant and bubbly energy lit up the room when she greeted us at the door. Room was clean, housekeeping was super friendly and efficient.
Quiet place for anyone needing a good nights sleep. The bed was comfy, sheet were soft, and the AC was perfect.
We will definitely stay here again.
Rooms smell horrible as well as the walkways. You walk through the hallways and all you smell is weed. Overall conditioning of the rooms are poor quality. Lock to the room, you have to kick the door just to open it. There were cracks in the plaster. Paint touch up`s on the ceiling didn't even match.
I am completely dissatisfied with all aspects of my stay. I would not recommend this facility to anyone else. And would never stay there again
