Surprise gem near the Airport. Perfect for stay for a clean , modern, comfortable room. It is a small hotel with only 20 rooms but very clean and newly built. Shuttle service to and from the Airport was perfect.
I would never stay at this hotel again. Interaction with the staff was terrible. We were spoken to in a condescending and arrogant manner that was not warranted. This was our first time using their service and naturally had questions about the process. When we politely asked what the process was, we were rudely silenced with "wait a minute" and “I’ll tell you later”. The room we were given was dirty, scuffed up and the bed squeaked so loud every time you moved, it kept us up all night. We asked for our "complimentary breakfast" and was given a voucher to the subway next door. I’m sure it's owned by the same people. The staff at the subway was late getting in and when I asked for a coffee, The reply was "do you really want coffee, I haven't made it yet". We caught the shuttle and uneventfully made it to the airport. They gave us a number to call and a location for pick up at the airport on our return. When I called the number telling the same customer service rep, we were ready for pick up. The answer was , "He was there 10 minutes ago and there was no one there. You will just have to wait for the next shuttle". Our flight arrived on the hour, and according to her, the shuttle driver was there to pick us up at 12 minutes past the hour. I don't think even the Prime Minister can get through that airport in 12 minutes. We ended up waiting 48 minutes for the driver in a spring jacket and it was bitter cold out. We were chilled to the bone. When we arrived back at the hotel we went to our room only to find, mold in the bathroom, no face clothes and a general "unkept" area. We didn't ask for another room, as it was very late and we just wanted some sleep. The next day we asked for our car and was told that it would be about 20-30 minutes. I had mentioned to my spouse, that we should eat something before we left as it came with our room fee. Before we could ask for the "food voucher", the customer service person came running over telling us that there was someone there that could drive us to the lot to pick up our car. But we would have to go now. (A good way to save a few dollars) We arrived at the lot and they had a hard time finding our car. When they did find it, there were four other cars blocking it in. The car bumpers on these vehicles were touching each other and two of the cars had visible damage. The lot worker had to move the four vehicles in order to get our car out. Obvious over crowing. Luckily, we inspected our car before we left and no damage was observed. I realize this is a long review but there are serious issues with this institution right from check in to check out. I have stayed at other hotels that offer the same package and were never treated like this. I will never ever use this hotel again now will I recommend it to anyone.
Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Front desk was not friendly. I told her I'm paying for the room and the deposit with my debit card and she tried convincing me to pay with credit card saying the credit will release the deposit right away. Not true I work in the financial industry bank account you get the deposit instantly credit can take up to 5 business days.
There's no privacy as soon as you open the door your bed is there.
Lastly the breakfast was the worst. You get a coupon for breakfast next door at subway and all you get is a cup of coffee and a egg sandwich.
I tried to check in with my family. Right away the extra charges were laid out. Then we were shown a room with no windows, a converted office. Staff were rude and could barely speak English. We were told there was no manager, then after a time the man arguing against us staying at this horrible place conceded that HE was the manager. Don't stay at this dump.
Great way to spend a night before flying out of Toronto Airport. Rooms were very clean, service was excellent. Shuttle was great too.
Perfect for a quick one night stay if waiting for a flight. Clean and spacious. Convenient shuttle bus (included). 24 hour restaurant next door (didnt try it).

I cannot remember the last time I received such impatient and rude customer service. I would generally have to make 3 phone calls to the hotel before someone would pick up. Once on the phone, I felt as if I was a complete inconvenience to the staff, they spoke far too quickly and I found it difficult understanding them. Once we were picked up by the shuttle upon our arrival we were taken to a massive parking lot off site where we had to retrieve our own car while trying to navigate the reckless valet drivers. I do NOT recommend this hotel or using the park sleep and fly service with this institution.
