I did my research before heading to San Jose to park our car for a week while flying to Hawaii. I read reviews, and decided to use their location due to the reviews and the costs. They were easy to find. The shuttle driver immediately took us to the airport. Upon return, I called the number for the pickup. We walked over to the shuttle location for this company. He was waiting for us, loaded our bags, and returned us to the lot. Our car had already been moved to the entrance of the lot. These guys were great, I would highly recommend using them, as I will the next time we fly out of San Jose. We saved more than double compared to the basic lot charge at the airport.

We have used Joy Park Fly several times and have always had a great experience. It’s just what you would expect. Park your car, they shuttle you to the airport. Call them when you arrive, get picked up and driven back to your car. Their prices are fair, they are close to airport, and shuttles are prompt. The drivers are friendly and helpful and will load your bags into the shuttle. We have never had any problems parking there and will continue to use them.

Excellent parking! I came back five days early and should have called to let them know. My car was parked behind others since I wasn’t due back and they had to maneuver the cars behind it to get it out. They were awesome! If that ever happens again I’ll be sure to let them know. Fast, easy sign-up online. Located close to the airport. Excellent price. I arrived early, was greeted well. Driver grabbed my bags and loaded them without being asked. I have a bad back, so greatly appreciated. Polite, efficient staff. After my return from my trip, the driver arrived quickly at the airport, loaded my bags, and drove us to parking quickly. I received my keys and was directed to my car. I was in and out quickly. Will use again.

This parking lot is very convenient in location,pricing and with the shuttle access included with the package being the cherry ontop of the perfect place to leave your car on a trip. The employees are very efficient and professional and I feel very safe and comfortable leaving myself and car in their care. The 24 hour shuttle service is fast and efficient and you can call for pickup from the airport even if you are arriving late at night or have to depart early in the morning. Definitely worth it.

Excellent responsible service with safe, easy to access parking, even when there were lots of customers to handle at once. I didnt expect valet (at my online discount standard price) but to handle the volume and passengers like me wanting to get on with their travel, I turned over my keys for them to manage the parking. When i returned, my car was parked close by for an easy exit with no extra driving on the odometer. The shuttle drivers were fun and cool if you engage in an appreciative way. Of course, if you behave like an ordinary zombie you will miss it. I will happily return to Joy Park Fly.

Friendly staff and very busy place. The shuttle is fast. Most likely you will need to leave your keys and get a free valet upgrade. When you get to arrivals walk to station 11 to get picked up.

A very good option for airport parking at SJC. It's close to the airport, has a fast and frequent on demand shuttle, and it's significantly cheaper than SJC's on site parking. I have used it multiple times and my car has always been perfectly fine outside and right at the front of the parking lot when I get off the shuttle. I plan on coming here every time I have to leave my car at SJC

I was happy with their service. My car was fine while I was gone in Hawaii and everything went smoothly when checking in and checking out. I drove my car into the lot and got into a shuttle in less than five minutes.
The wait for the shuttle from the airport was about 5-10 minutes. When we arrived back in the lot, my car was ready to go. I'd happily use them again. Worth the savings for longer trips, airport parking keeps going up in price.

Joy parking is conveniently located close to airport. Check in was quick and we didn’t have to wait for shuttle. We called for shuttle pick up and didn’t have a long wait at end of our trip. Car was parked close to front for easy pick up. The staff was friendly and made our first and last day of travel easy. We have parked here for many years. They don’t disappoint.

Nice efficient parking facility. Maybe one improvement would be to have ADA instructions added to your pick up procedures. I had to wait as bus passed twice for pick up but I also understood security protocols at the airport. These should be pointed out and expected delays will be known as it can be a long walk from AA terminal to pick up location with bad legs. Thanks

Never waiting for shuttle or any paperwork. 1 week later we returned from vacation, called them from luggage claim ,we walked to shuttle area at airport only waited 5 minutes for shuttle to pick us up. We got back to Joy and our car was there waiting for us. Friendly and helpful drivers. I recommend them.

Way cheaper than airport parking, getting the shuttle to and from was fast and easy. They drive your car to the front of the lot when you're picked up from the airport so you don' have to walk to your car.
Note: Make sure they give you a key ticket and that you don't loose it because some people on my shuttle didn't have their tickets and it made a whole fuss for them. Use some basic common sense and screenshot your reservation because they're obviously not going to just hand you keys to a car you claim is yours just because you say it is.

We use Joy Park and Fly all the time when flying out of the SJC airport. They are a safe and affordable option very close to the airport. They need more shuttles (which could also use an upgrade as they are getting old and feeling dated), and you have to get here early as I have seen them get extremely backed up in the early morning hours, leaving me concerned that I may miss my flight when flying with the family + lots of gear/luggage. I have also waited quite some time at pickup after arrival. Honestly, I’ve come to expect slow and inefficient service at airport parking in general, so this review and the four stars represent the fact I’m happy there are alternatives to pricey parking at the airport, but I wish the experience were better and more consistent, reliable, and predictable in general.

I have to admit I don't always leave reviews, but I felt that after reading some of the negative comments I thought I should leave one. I have been leaving my car with Joy for several years and I have never experienced any damage to my car. I read all of the poor reviews, and I agree with some of the comments regarding non damage issues, and some are valid while I think some are a bit unwarranted. Because I have never had any claims against joy I cannot speak to their responsiveness, but their drivers can sometimes seem rude, but not in a way that I thought needed to be addressed. I am taking a trip next week and I will be parking my new car with Joy. Fingers crossed that everything goes as smoothly as they have been in the past.

Every step was very easy. Prepaid online (very inexpensive), dropped off my vehicle. Shuttle was there waiting to bring us to the airport. They dropped us off where we needed to be dropped off at the airport.
When we returned from our trip, I called Joy ParkFly from the airport & went to designated spot for shuttle pickup. Shuttle was there already and we were transported to the lot where our car was waiting for pickup.
Straight forward process. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to save money for long term parking.

I like this place it's old kind of dirty but every time I park my service vehicle there I've never had a single issue with it once I've parked it in a secured crazy video monitor place prior and they would break into it almost every time this place it's easy in easy out sometimes it's a pain in neck to get them to come get you from the airport sometimes you got to wait a little longer than 15 minutes but they will always come get you they're decent they're friendly and they're helpful nothing more you could ask than that

I love Joy Park Fly because they are friendly, professional, and go beyond what they would have to do. One time, due to traffic, I arrived 45 minutes before my flight. The shuttle wasn't supposed to come for another 10-15 minutes. I mentioned I would miss my plane, and one of the men took an empty shuttle and personally drove me to the airlines, thereby letting me make my plane. Beyond the call of duty! Wonderful!

We have used this parking lot a few times. Today, my husband left his backpack in the parking lot when we were loading up. We were an hour away when he realized it and called. They had found it and set it aside for us as we drove an hour back. The honesty was greatly appreciated and will keep us coming back here.
