I made a reservation via bookings.com and needed to change the arrival as I am stuck overseas right now. Bookings.com told me to contact hyatt directly which I did. Person said that I had to contact a manager. Fine I did after being placed on hold for a good 5 mins. They told me it can only be done on bookings.com . Never in my life have i been treated this rudely before by a hotel personnel. This will be my last time ever to book at any hyatt.

The rooms were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the free breakfast was very good. The front desk people were helpful.
Hotel is beautiful. My room is awesome. Rachel at the front desk is so amazing, friendly, and awesome.
Housekeepers never knock your door before entering, they are entered twice my room in the morning 3.6.21 room 711, it happened by 9am and 10am. Also there is construction going on outside and it’s noise from 6am. If you want to sleep well - it’s definitely not that place. One of the worst experience of hotel staying, it’s definitely not Hyatt type hotel, I would stay at motel 6.

I use Hyatt for parking when flying in/out of LaGuardia. The staff that I have encountered have been very friendly and accommodating. Elliot, who works the bar in the lobby, is very friendly and hospitable. Hotel is clean and welcoming.
