Never had a worse stay at a hotel in my life. My families and I’s laptops were stolen and didn’t receive as much as a ‘sorry’ from the manager and staff. They didn’t even help us call the police and they even held back information that would be helpful. They claimed that it wasn’t an ‘inside job’ but I guess the security is so horrible that someone managed to get past them, get a key and get to our rooms? Doesn’t make sense.
Anyways, avoid this place at all costs cause you’ll be paying for more than you get.
Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Flushing. Walking distance to literally hundreds of restaurants. Customer service was impeccable (I forgot my laptop after checking out and the front desk was very prompt in locating it for me to come back from LGA to pick it up). Very thankful.
However, if you have a car and plan on using the valet parking (LAZ parking on Roosevelt), expect a very disorganized service. If I could rank the valet parking zero star, I will. It's poorly managed, understaffed and very inefficient. I waited over 30 minutes in scorching basement heat for my car one day.
We overnighneted for our sons graduation it was nice. Room was spacious and staff gracious. Good location .
We entered this parking lot and it's full but we still have to pay $7, I asked if we can leave one guy there said he gonna asked the manager and then disappeared, and then we waited...and you cant find even a worker over there, just robbed the money, don't go...
Big theft after housekeeping!!
Had been staying in this hotel for the past 4 days. Due to Covid, housekeeping is only done upon request and written request had to be done one day in advance. We had our first cleaning done on Monday. No issues then. The next request was for today ( Wednesday, 06/16/2021). We went out at 10 am and returned around 7 pm. We found the room unlocked and three laptops( Apple air, Lenovo Yoga 710, Dell) and an iPad Pro 10.5” missing. We have complained to the manager. Hoping to get some info on the robbery. Absolutely devastating considering the fact that we lost a lot of our professional work that’s stored in the laptops including educational materials. Beware people.
Awful! Can't ever get anyone on the phone. Constantly packed. Dirty half the time. Don't even think about working with the parking garages through them better off just doing it yourself straight with the parking company. They say there is a shuttle when you land, NOPE! GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!!!! awful experience both times. Never again
I came in mistakingly, still have to pay $7. I told manager Spanish lady I didn't see the sign. She called me " you are blind". I paid $7, no argument with valet low class. Recommend everyone don't park this place, even it's free.
Scratched my car.
If you are choosing this place cause you couldn’t park else where. Make sure to take pictures before and after parking.
Shuttle service is misleading. Its only 7am to 10pm. Read their complete description before booking.
There is no way to access my car. We were not notified of closing so I’m stranded. Do not park here
Good customer service. Great place to park if flying out of LGA
Outstanding customer service everytime that I've stayed at the Hyatt Place. Keep up the awesome job.
This is a very weird place, they do not pick up the phone they do not care about customers, i have to take a hotel nearby to take my car the following day. I can't recommend it to someone.
I made a reservation via bookings.com and needed to change the arrival as I am stuck overseas right now. Bookings.com told me to contact hyatt directly which I did. Person said that I had to contact a manager. Fine I did after being placed on hold for a good 5 mins. They told me it can only be done on bookings.com . Never in my life have i been treated this rudely before by a hotel personnel. This will be my last time ever to book at any hyatt.
They don't even answer the phone. The shuttle is non-existent. We had to call a taxi to be picked up. If you want to miss your flight and have a bad experience in
The rooms were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the free breakfast was very good. The front desk people were helpful.
Hotel is beautiful. My room is awesome. Rachel at the front desk is so amazing, friendly, and awesome.
Housekeepers never knock your door before entering, they are entered twice my room in the morning 3.6.21 room 711, it happened by 9am and 10am. Also there is construction going on outside and it’s noise from 6am. If you want to sleep well - it’s definitely not that place. One of the worst experience of hotel staying, it’s definitely not Hyatt type hotel, I would stay at motel 6.
Excellent experience with this hotel! Thank you for the asian girl at front. She was so nice!
I use Hyatt for parking when flying in/out of LaGuardia. The staff that I have encountered have been very friendly and accommodating. Elliot, who works the bar in the lobby, is very friendly and hospitable. Hotel is clean and welcoming.
The best staff clean only one thing they closed the indoor heated swimming pool permanently wish it reopen
I expected that the pool and fitness center might be good but they currently don’t even have a pool and fitness center
Helpful staff and close to a lot of great restaurants. Walking distance to US Open and Citi Field
Awful shuttle service ie no shuttle service from hotel to LAG ( AIRPORT) and vs.
