I booked parking thru way.com and paid ahead. When I got there I was told they were not accepting parking thru way right now and to call and get a refund. They also recommended a parking lot to use. I did not have time to search for a new lot so I went to where they said. I had to pay double what I would have using them. Also had to wait a week for my refund. I will NEVER use this lot again.
The Manager, Jehangir Khan, and the Corporation itself exhibited lack of integrity with zero concern for customers or safety and security of vehicles entrusted with them.
Typically, I do not write negative reviews. However, I am compelled to share the horrible experience I had with Atlanta's Horizon Airport Parking.
My car door was badly dented when the parking lot attendant, recklessly, slammed the shuttle van door into my car multiple times. The incident was witnessed by myself and a full van of customers. With all the witnesses, the attendant blurted out that he did not do that, even as it was happening. However, he reached back and requested my phone (with which I was taking photos of the damage) and took additional photos from the front window of the shuttle. ** I have uploaded the photos, but they keep disappearing**
After multiple attempts, I spoke with the manager, Jehangir Khan, who stated that he would forward the photos to "Corporate" and they would be in touch with me. That never happened. In fact, repeated attempts by myself, and finally my insurance company to reach Mr. Khan and the Corporate office have been largely ignored.
I realize I am one of millions of customers who have entrusted their vehicle with Horizon Airport Parking with the expectation that they provide reasonable care and security while on their property. My concern is the incident happened in front of my eyes and a shuttle van full of customers. There was no question there was damage to my car and the one responsible was the lot attendant/shuttle van driver.
Jehangir Khan and "Corporate" have chosen to ignore all attempts to communicate and refuse to accept responsibility for the damage to my vehicle caused by their employee. They have sent a loud message that I, as a customer, and my vehicle do not matter in the large picture of their profitable company.
That being said, I am not a large corporation with millions of dollars to spare. I am a nurse who was on my way to meet up with my boyfriend, sister, and brother-in-law for a weekend retreat following my recent birthday. Sadly, the frustration and pure disgust I felt for this company lingered for the entire weekend. It is unfortunate that the parking lot attendant, along with Jehangir Khan and the entire corporation would sacrifice their integrity and shirk responsibility for such a negligent act.
I would not recommend Atlanta's Horizon Airport Parking.
I traveled with my infant daughter. I booked through airportparking.com DO NOT BOOK THROUGH WAY. The sky train was down for maintenance so it was a small bump in the road but they assisted us with the shuttle. They made accommodations for us with the down train. This was my first time parking and flying so next time I’m well aware of what to do. Thank you. I was hung up on which was rude but they did close my ticket so I wouldn’t be over charged due to the sky train being down.
Reserved a spot through Way, got there only to be told they were sold out and I could get a refund from Way. That's a good way to help someone miss a flight! Not OK. I will say, they evidently had tried to call that morning, but that is little consolation day of a trip to cancel. So, it may be a great lot, but be sure you have padding to go elsewhere even if you reserved and prepaid! Still no refund, btw, 5 days later.
Made a reservation a week in advance, thought I had a good deal only to find out they are “sold out” and I couldn’t park there. Do not recommend
If I could give ZERO starts I would. They cancelled my reservation without informing me, so I arrived at the airport with my car and was serviced by a woman with a nonchalant, cavalier attitude. She lied and said that the called but when she checked she say that i received no call. She didn't apologize or seem apologetic. I should have known this was a scam. I called and never to an actual human and the phone kept disconnecting when I was on hold. Don't waste your energy at Horizon-- RUN!
It is practically 3 mins away from the airport. Very convenient location. I dislike the fact that you have to leave your car keys with them.
Horrible service! We were stuck at the airport for over an hour because they would not pick up the phone. Our car was parked the wrong way and we they were of no help to us and our situation. I do not recommend at all.
These folks are awesome! Samir graciously helped me fill my tire up with air after I came back to a flat after being gone for a week. Convenient location and super quick shuttle! Highly recommended!
My partner and I took a trip for 5 days, paying for very affordable parking and we also got shuttle service to and from the sky rail. Super quick and super nice service and very friendly encounters on both ends of the trip.
I want to give them zero star if it is possible. I booked a week advance before my flight.
But when I got there, they said they overbooked, no space. That's it! So rude. They don't care.
I couldn't believe it! They just did without giving me any notification. I drove to the airport to search the parking place in a hurry.
I barely made my flight. Don't recommand this place at all!!!
They made our travels a breeze with their friendly and prompt staff and convenient fast shuttle to the airport. It was so easy and had good rates. Would recommend.
Day light robbery. Don’t fall for their $6.95 daily rate. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and they charged us 10 extra dollars (more than their daily rate). Asked to speak with manager or supervisor and we were told nobody is available. Absolute bad customer service and customer retention plan. Would never use them again.
Great service, very friendly, quick and professionals. I will definitely recommend them and will use their service again in the future.

.I have no idea how these people got such good ratings...(Probably wrote them themselves) don't believe the hype. This is a very disorganized, unethical business. They left me stranded the airport at 1:AM. They also told me to meet them at gate at lower level at gate B2. There is no such location.
Finally after walking around in the cold and dark, deserted lower level parking lot for 1.5+ hours a homeless looking man in an unmarked old cargo van finally arrived. He had to ask me what I was wearing to recognize me. No problem I was the only person left at the airport by the time he arrived.
I would never had thought this old raggedly unmarked van was coming to pick me up. I was dropped off in a nice looking van clearly marked "Horizon"...This car had no signage...the driver could not produce an I.D. and he looked and smelled drunk.
My car had been off road somewhere and was the lower part of my SUV and the tires were covered in red clay when I finally got it back. My expensive water bottle was also missing. Management ignored my complaints. Be careful, very careful. Do not depend on them if you are arriving late night or early morning.
Didn't realize we had to take the Sky Train, but it was easy enough and was dropped/picked up at the train by a mini van (sometimes a little tricky with multiple parties and shuttle can was in a little bit of rough shape) but it was just around the corner from the parking location. Service members were kind and courteous and felt like our car was safe noting multiple security cameras. Fair fee.
Great first experience. Located extremely close to the airport. Valet shuttled me to ATL. Upon my return I called and was picked up in less than 5 minutes and was in my way! Thank you, Jay! Let’s help this business succeed.

It may look a little sketchy when you first arrive but these guys are 100% professional. GREAT customer service! When we went inside to check in I saw that they have a great surveillance system. There was a camera pointing right at my car. The young man was super nice and accommodating! We called for a shuttle a little after we landed and he was there waiting for us when we arrived at the pickup spot. I will definitely use them every time I fly.
Great Customer Service. Fast and free On demand shuttle. Well lighted parking lot with many security cameras. Will highly recommend to everyone.
