I had two rooms, both of the tvs in each room did not work both days I stayed. The front desk never told us we need to let them know if we want our room cleaned so our room did not get cleaned. The thermostat in the room didn’t work either. The security gaurd of the hotel harassed my elderly dad while he was smoking outside wanting to know his name, room number and other personal info. The windows are filthy, the pool is filthy. Also they lock the doors at around 9 and the key scanner doesn’t even work so u have to knock and wait for the front desk to come let you in. Very unimpressed with my stay.
Do not stay here they will run your card even if they have their company's card on file and in charge of company and you twice do not stay here they are frauds and Liars going to call the. Up they don't want to take care of it they want you to take care of it and go through your company even though they charged you the rooms are dated they don't even have updated USB ports and the staff is rude when I checked in
Happy to have a room with out dated style & decor, with multiple issues. Slow internet, TV goes in and out and the room have a funky smell.
I have to say the staff is outstanding, definitely a plus.
I did not catch the name of the worker but it was the older back lady with very short gray hair who treated me very unkindly. She worked the morning on September 4, 2020. I had worked out an agreement with another manager and the lady I was speaking with did not trust regarding this situation but she wouldn't listen to a word I had said. An easy solution would be to have called the manager but she did it as a last resort. I was locked out of my hotel room with all my belongings inside so I did not have my ID or phone to call for help. She did not let me use their phone to call my husband whose name the room was under. She was absolutely disgusting and completely unsympathetic to me. I was crying trying to figure out how the heck I'm going to get out of this mess since this lady was clearly not helping me. She tried to charge me over 200$ for my pets and when I agreed to the charge, she took the option away from me. She basically kicked me out because she made up her own rule that was against the agreement I had set with the manager. It really seemed like she just simply did not want me there and that broke my heart. I explained to her my situation and how my home was not liveable due to a natural disaster. She really caused me so much unnecessary stress and tears because she simply couldn't call my husband (room contact person) or the manager. I had to leave the hotel with my pets all on my own in a city im not from because of this pitiful lady. I had 3 hours left until check out to figure out my next move but she decided to end my stay because of my pets right at that moment. I have reported this lady and honestly hope she does not get to work there anymore. She completely broke my heart by making me leave without a plan of action.
Good service. Didn't stay here, just used their parking and airport shuttle service. It was quick and efficient.
Thanks for being super hospitable to me and my crew. From the moment we walked in you guys were very welcoming. Also your van driver was kind too. Just overall great service, thanks for taking care of us in the best way possible during these COVID times.
Hotel was good and appeared near and clean. The room had bed bugs and it appears the staff was aware of it. They quickly moved us to another room. We had to clean out the room ourselves and hopefully didn’t bring any bed bugs back home with us.
Staff was cordial and friendly.
