The room is very spacious and service is great . The breakfast options were decent as well and I would recommend this place

Stayed here about 1 month ago- Reserved a queen double bed room. When I got there they told me they overbooked and gave me a one bed room w/ a cot. She said, as a courtesy, she would not charge me for the cot, I was livid. Room had someone's used teabag on beside table so they didn't clean it very well either. Would not stay here, this over booking has to stop, she said I was downgraded because I booked thru a 3rd party, didn't have that issue with the other 3 places I stayed during this trip.
First off, the rooms and the breakfast was great. My experience at the front desk as I was checking in, is another story. I was told my online booking may have been overbooked, then had to wait 10 minutes at the desk while the attendant searched for an available room. Inconvenient, at the end though, she supposedly found the exact same room I booked a day earlier, weird.
Good as far as Hampton Inn goes. The lamps had built-in usb sockets which was helpful. It was very quiet considering the proximity to the airport and the highway. The indoor pool was a big hit.
