Most importantly, Globe Airport Parking offers affordable services and 24-hour surveillance. They provide services no other parking lot offers, such as car washing, detailing, mechanical repairs, oil changes (by Ryan Automotive), engine cleaning, window tinting, dent removal and upholstery repair. Rates for their services are always comparable to or less than what you would pay elsewhere, without the inconvenience of making an appointment and losing the use of your car.

I parked at this lot for more than a week. The bus driver was polite. But I was not happy because they asked to keep my car key and the receipt says they are not responsible for your properties in the car. So why do you take the key but reject the responsibility for anything? They left my car in the parking lot with windows down and key inside and no one was watching it for I don't know how long.

When I returned, the car was still there with windows down and no one watching. If that's it, I would just let it go. But then I found my car does not sound when I tried to lock it. I checked that all windows are closed properly. Eventually I found out someone opened my hood without closing it properly. The customer service said it could be they need to jump start my car. What did they do to my car? My car has a new battery, which means it will take hours before the battery runs out. Seems very shady to me.

What disgusted me most is when I complained to the manager, he literally said he does not care about my experience because there are many other customers who want to park there!!

I will not park there because they are extremely rude and unreliable!

I booked 12 days of parking through way.com for an attractive rate of some $5/day for parking at Globe. The parking and pick up and drop off services were fine. Upon return to my car, I was told that the receipt for the parking was charged to my cc, and that was no need to go inside to pay the bill. (this looked like a great service ...but...). I fortunately checked the receipt left in my car and found that the receipt did not match my reservation fee. Mistake or scam? You decide. I confronted the indoor staff and they resolved the discrepancy. BEWARE OF POSSIBLE OVERCHARGES FOR YOURSELF. CHECK YOUR BILL! THEY ADDED EXTRA DAYS TO MY PARKING TO INCREASE THE BILL BY SOME $20!

These guys did a top notch job. They have a detailing service as well as parking for the airport. My car looks new. They even buffed out most of the scratches! Great job, guys.
