YES YES YES! Why would you park anywhere else? we parked our RV here with no worries and very affordable. Clean, well laid out, great security, door to door shuttle service, fantastic staff! Nina was very warm and receptive!
I have used this service 4 times in a 4-month period. On 1/3/2020 at 12:30pm, I drive to the gate. I waited, I waited, I waited then finally a female comes out engaged in a personal phone call that she continued to entertain. I was the interruption (not her personal caller).
I park. The driver, FRED, did not move from his seat! According to him, he was trained to ask if he can assist. Perhaps if he had taken the initiative to get up and
pretend that he was willing to help I would have absolutely welcomed his assistant. He watched me struggle to master the steps onto the shuttle! Fred, real men assist ladies without waiting to be asked.
I parked my car Thursday - Monday only to come back with it swarmed with ants. There was no food or anything that caused this. I’ve never seen so any ants before in my life. I’ll be happy to provide provide pictures. I was a frequent customer but I will not be using again.
Worst shuttle company for the airport! They only use one or maybe two shuttle unlike other shuttle companies who have 5 or more at a time. You will wait 40-45 minutes to be picked up from the airport when the drive to the location is only 10 minutes. This location needs to lose their contract immediately. I would not recommend Elite to anyone in need of a airport shuttle. The only on pleasant experience o received was with the young lady at the gate with glasses who welcomes you and direct you the right way. She gives great customer service.
I am writing this review while currently in the bus that I waited 50 minutes to arrive to pick me up! This is after I waited 40 minutes for the first bus to arrive only to NOT be able to get on it because it filled up since passengers were waiting so long! Meanwhile, every other airport parking service had 3-4 pickups while those of us for Elite waited in the cold. Then, when I finally got on the current bus and informed the driver that I had been waiting for almost an hour, he told me, "That's not possible." It's ABSOLUTELY possible and I certainly have better things to do than to lie about waiting an hour at 2 AM for an airport parking shuttle. I travel frequently and I will NEVER use this parking service again. The word "elite" means SUPERIOR and this airport parking service is NOT! Do yourself a favor and use ANY OTHER airport parking service!
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Happy to share my issues with this place so someone else can avoid this problem.
TL;DR: You get charged A FULL DAY if you're even half an hour over your reservation time EVEN IF you start your reservation clock late, and their service is TRASH.
1) The reservation process was easy. I used the spot hero app. I only booked this place because it was $1 less than my regular place - Wally Park. I should've just spent the money.
1.5) Also, this place is further than other, more well known places.
2) Parking seemed limited, but I ended up finding a spot. At least it seems very well protected.
3) I arrived OVER AN HOUR LATE that what I booked. I thought the point of scanning your reservation code was to help track your time there -- It is NOT.
4) When i returned from my flight, I called to be picked up because for 10 minutes at the shuttle pick-up location, I saw multiple shuttles for every location, but not for EAP. It got to being after midnight so I called (per their instructions on the card). I was told that THE SHUTTLE WOULD ARRIVE IN ABOUT 4 MINS. However, that was not the case. The shuttle arrived close to 12:20. (~20 minutes) I grew very frustrated, and I decided then I wouldn't use that location again. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AFTER MINUTES, OTHER SHUTTLES CAME THROUGH 4-5 TIMES IN THAT 20 MINUTES.
5) I finally get back to my car ~12.30, and I go to check out, thinking I should be all set (because remember, I started my reservation an hour late). Given that I was ~30 minutes over my reservation, THEY CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER FULL DAY.... Despite the fact that I was that late because of their shuttle driver...... And that, folks, truly infuriated me.
IMO, save your money and go to the place that is $1 more because they give you a grace period, and MOST OF THE TIME THEY EXTEND YOUR TIME ON THEIR OWN BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CAN BE DELAYED.
Cheap parking but you get what you pay for, they get 2 stars because they were the cheapest option. They seemed to have one shuttle running and when I got back to my car it was full of ants. When I told them about it they blamed it on me saying when you leave sweet things in your car they will get in. I had 1 empty coke can in my car and a cup of water. I have never had ants get into any car I’ve owned and now they crawl on me when I’m driving there are so many of them. All I wanted was an apology but now I won’t be parking here anymore.
If you aren’t in a rush, not terrible service. Buses are clean and the lot is fine. But you’ll wait 20+ minutes for a bus after getting off your flight and no one will answer the front desk line when you call it. One lady we were with waited over an hour for a bus. Not worth the savings on Groupon and the reviews there must be fake.

Your car is safe in their premises. Prices are okay. Bus service is great. My only complaint is the check out process. If you print the receipt only and show them at the exit. All the time the receptionist is with this weird looks asking for a piece of paper that you never receipt. After a long wait they finally find and process your reservation.
I've parked here twice now. The service to get to the airport both times was very timely and comfortable. Polite drivers. The returns have both been iffy. The first time, we came back at 3 am and had to call. No one answered, thankfully they called us back. The second time was tonight, and I waited an easy 20-25 minutes for a shuttle. Other guests said they were there for about 30. We watched as competitors came in and out frequently to grab their guests.. makes me wish I used them. One company (yellow buses.. the parking spot?) was frequently there, sometimes their buses backed each other up at the airport! No one waiting for Elite really felt like their time was valued, it seems. The only reason I give 3 stars is due to the staff being relatively polite and the price. I probably will not use this lot again, sad to say.. I was hoping this one would be a keeper.
Paid $49.94 for parking for Sunday through Saturday, just to come back and find my car not where I parked it. Them trying to drop us off where I parked it. The driver asking me to hit my alarm button to find my car. Them calling the office to find where it had been moved. Yeah you heard that right MOVED! They moved my car with a tow truck!!!! with out asking permission or anything. After me parking it in a designated parking spot. We have used this lot several times and never had problems, but we will not be back. Nothing like checking your car for damage at 4am in the dark because they have been playing musical cars with a wrecker. Never again!! I should have gotten a refund.
Great experience! Fairly easy to use. The shuttle drivers are very sweet, friendly, and prompt. He was waiting to pick us up when we arrived at the lot. Follow the directions on your receipt for easy pickup at the airport shuttle parking lot. The ride back was full and I had to stand, but it was a fairly short (15 min.) ride. I will use them again for my upcoming trip.
Good Price.....however my car was infested with Ants after 3 days. The shuttle driver picked us up from the airport and announced “if you parked on the gravel you might have an ant problem if you left food in your car”...I didn’t have food in my car so I assumed I was okay...WRONG! When I got to my car there were ants everywhere, inside and out. When I asked The attendant up front she simply said...yeah those are sweet ants, they live in trees” the other attendant chimed in saying “yeah it happened to me before”...she then happily asked for my ticket I pulled when I entered and asked for my form of payment. I guess having ants in your car is normal.....

Driver was really nice. Also lady that checks you out was really nice and helpful. I lost my ticket and she was not rude, very pleasant. Will use them again. Also they were very affordable. We parked there for 9 days and only paid about $82.00
