When you Arrive the Parking lot
Upon arrival, enter the parking lot to the check-in area, where an agent will take your vehicle’s keys. The agent will help you with your luggage. You simply board the airport shuttle for a brief ride to Atlanta Airport (ATL).
Excellent service! Inexpensive and efficient! Never had an issue when I was heading to the airport or returning to my car from airport.
For the price point and the distance from the airport be mindful of this. The shuttles are frequent however sometimes it takes a little longer.

EXCELLENT customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Super clean buses and super friendly staff. Special shout out to Monique and Londun. I did not have any cash to tip on my return and Monique reassured me it was not always about the money! Couldn’t believe it. Still loaded my luggage right into my car. And Londun was so patient with me as I checked out and even offered me bottled water. I’m not parking anywhere else. I FELT LIKE VIP EVEN BETTER, LIKE FAMILY!!! WAY TO GO JIFFY establishment. I was pleasantly surprised how good the service was and their schedule...location felt safe even at midnight..tons of parking.. maximum clarity ..anytime I'm leaving for a few days now this is going to be my go to parking space... thanks guys

Great and inexpensive. Shuttles are quick to arrive & drop off. They are a bit outdated but it got me to and from my car at arrival & leaving both times in a timely manner.

Great place. Fast service to the airport. Shuttle drivers didn't wait long for a full load to take me to the airport or return us from the airport. Only negative is that their shuttle does not go to the international terminal. We had to take a shuttle to the domestic terminal than get picked up. If you don't mind this, then this is a great option for affordable parking at Atlanta airport.

I’ve used the company the past 4 trips and I have not been disappointed at all! From the early morning flights, and the kindness of the drivers (Curt was my most recent), to the very short wait time( I called the number on the card once I got my luggage), to the clean buses. I recommend it! The price was fair. I have no complaints. Try them!

Great parking spot! They are always on time for pick up and drop off right at your car. Drivers are always super helpful & respectful. Parking is not covered but is completely gated in and very safe. By far the best + cheapest airport parking in ATL. Highly recommend!

I've never had a problem. The value is great cheapest parking available and service has always been on point. It's a bit further but I use them all the time and just plan in advance.
Some other reviews complain about the pick-up time of needing to wait 30 minutes. I personally have never experienced that and have only had positive experiences. Even so I would view it as 1/2 the price, twice the wait before I would start complaining.
Perfectly good business if you are on a budget or don't want to be price gauged by others.

100% excellent and reliable parking with very easy and convenient pickup right where you parked your car, no need to look for pick up location. Pick up at the airport upon return was easy as 123 as well. Definitely will be using this company in the future and highly recommend them to anyone !!!!!

I chose Jiffy Park because it was so cheap. I prepaid and then read the terrible reviews. I was picked up on time for my departure and I the shuttle for my arrival came in a timely manner, too. I did not have any issues. The drivers were super friendly.
I did note that the shuttle bus supervisor is not a fan of Jiffy Park. I heard the driver of the the full Jiffy Park bus say there was another bus coming. He asked if it was coming in 5 minutes or 30. The bus showed up 5 minutes later.
I will use Jiffy Park again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service considering some other reviews. Quick drop off to airport, and were picked right where we parked. 5 min pick up wait at the airport. Malik was our driver both ways and is super helpful and very pleasant!
Took away a star as the young lady the checkout was just lazy and rude. There no signs for exit, and we basically waited 10 minutes, kept driving around, till we could find a way out (apparently the exit is the same as the entry, and not where it says exit), while she sat there just looking from a service window instead of offering to help. Even when we made it to her, her responses were quite disappointing. Maybe she needs to learn from Malik!

I had a great experience with Elite Airport Parking! I entered the lot by scanning my barcode with no trouble, didn't have to wait at all for a 5 AM pickup, and had little wait shuttling back from the airport. As a lifelong Park N' Fly patron, I was a little skeptical, but had a great experience and will use Elite Airport Parking again!

Paulette - a driver at Elite was a pure joy at 8am. She picked me up from my car swiftly as I arrived. She asked if I had my keys,wallet, charger & mask for my trip. She also gave me my parking space number. She immediately took me to Delta to catch my flight and provided good conversation during the ride. I was pleasantly surprised. I use Elite Airport Parking every time I fly…on average 4 flights a year. The people are always professional and courteous. This is the cheapest parking company on that strip. Most of the times, I have to wait 10-15 minutes for the shuttle when I land. It seems frustrating when you see 2-3 shuttles for other companies come through. However, you get what you pay for. I’ll continue to use them.

Customer service win!! Shuttle was immediate on way out of town and I only had to wait a few min when I got back. Left my phone in the car on way out of town and driver took me back to my car and got me back to airport safely but fast. Wish I could remember his name! Then I left my overhead light while I was away on so my battery died. When the portable battery charger the office lent me didn’t work fast enough (thanks for trying!) Curtis the shuttle driver got his personal cables and jumped my car for me. In the pouring rain! I will never park anywhere else when I fly out of ATL.

Michael from elite went the extra mile for me - my flight boarded 30 minutes from the time he picked me up in the shuttle and he hustled for me and got me to the airport in a jiffy! always smooth parking here.
If you fly internationally there are some extra steps because they drop you at domestic terminals but it’s pretty straight forward

Everytime I visit Elite Airport Parking, I receive elite service. The drivers are prompt and professional. I notice the camera system and roaming security service. This is comfortable to know that your vehicle will be safe upon return. There is adequate lighting on the site as well. Park at Elite and you will not go wrong..

My experience with Elite airport parking was great. I purchased through Groupon. On the day of our flight we made it to the parking lot with just a scan of the bar code and there was a shuttle waiting for us. Coming from the airport was great we just called and they picked us up. Great experience all around I would park with them again and recommend family and friends.

12 days was $45. That’s unbeatable and had an excellent experience on arrival and departure. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. I called when I got to the pick up area and they said a driver had left 3 minutes ago. He was there pretty quick.
Will definitely use again, although I’ve used The Parking Spot and Park & Fly and had no issues with them either, but again, the prices here were just really cheap and it was a long trip.
Note: On return flight, if you arrive at the international gate you will have to take a shuttle back to the domestic terminal (North), then go down the escalators by the baggage claim to find off airport shuttles. Hope that helps because I live in ATL and if you are not familiar that could be confusing.

The place is easy to find, even in the early hours of the morning. The drivers are extremely courteous and professional. Getting to and from the airport was smooth sailing with their shuttles.
Getting your car out is another story. The person behind the window wanted to see an email receipt and only then would we be free to drive away.
Since we didn't have the receipt, we were not released. Sitting in the car for a few minutes the employee asked what was the last name on the reservation, and "walla" the arm lifted and we were free to drive away.
Why couldn't this person just ask for a last name in the first place? 🤔

Great experience! I left my car here for 4 days and have no complaints. No ants, damage, or overpaying like some of the other reviews suggest. I booked my reservation and prepaid online (through On Air Parking). A barcode was emailed to me immediately that let me in and out of the lot without hassle.
When I arrived, the lady at the gate was super nice, the shuttle met me at my car immediately, and I was dropped off at the airport in less than 10 min. When I returned from my trip, the shuttle was waiting outside when I got there and I was back at my car in no time. I'll absolutely park here again next time I fly out of Atlanta.

We had a wonderful experience with Jiffy. As soon as we arrived they picked us up at our car to take us to the terminal. As soon as we landed I called them to let them know we had arrived, we waited maybe 5 minutes and they showed up to pick us up. Everyone was super nice and very helpful! We will definitely be using them in the future.

I've been coming to this parking facility for years. It has changed management several times. Well! I think they finally got it right. I can tell the difference. The buses are super clean, the staff are super nice & the owner was so kind. I'm truly happy overall

Great prices, fast service!...Just missed the shuttle as I walked out the door.(smh) . However within 5 min another shuttle pulled up. While the lines grew longer and longer at the other off site parking lots, I waved " goodbye 👋🏽 " as I was quickly driven to my car!...Don't be fooled, higher prices does not always equate to better service! Try Elite, best prices better service! Believe that!

Have used Elite a number of times. Their drivers and staff have been nice, and they've always been quick to get us to the airport. So far, we haven't had to wait very long for pickup when returning either. Their prices are good, and their location on the west side near I-285 works well for us coming from Marietta/Cobb county.

I was very pleased with this parking location. Easy to reserve online and much cheaper than other places. When I arrived I simply scanned my email receipt and an employee told me exactly where the closest open spot was.
The drivers were also wonderful. Quick to pick up and when I missed the shuttle because I was in the wrong place on the way back they quickly looped back around to get me when I got in at almost 1am. I will use this location again.

The parking attendant was very helpful. I had never parked there before and he explained what I needed to do. The Shuttle driver was very nice and friendly. She was helpful and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Highly recommend.

I was wondering if I made a mistake after my reservation made on 10/20/2023-10/23/2023. We arrived at 4am on the 20th and was at the airport by 4:30. They handled luggage and everything. We was dropped off right in front of our terminal curbside luggage check in. We returned on the 23rd and got luggage and went to bottom level and was picked up within 5 minutes and taken right to our vehicle. They unloaded our luggage and placed it in the trunk. We was on our way no extra charge as others claimed. No waiting on return as others said. I highly recommend jiffy’s to anyone. Clean bus polite staff will use their service each time I travel.

I guess they read all the bad reviews and improve I called before I got there. I told the young lady I’ll be outside in five minutes. She said she told me where to go and then she told me to call her back when i get there and then when I did, she said that the shuttle bus gonna be there in five minutes and in five minutes the shuttle was there… I got to my car. I thought they were going to overcharge me like the review said.. but they did not. Everything was pretty simple… I will try again in November and let you know how it went

I was hesitant to make the reservation after reading the reviews, BUT i will have to say i have had a great experience. I have used their services 3x and no issues. The staff are nice and the drivers friendly. They unloaded our luggage and placed it the car. The waiting was not bad. I highly recommend jiffy’s to anyone.

First time using Elite Airport parking and my experience was great! I was hesitant at first because of some of the reviews saying cars have been vandalized here before but I just prayed that that wouldn't be the case with me and glad I took the chance! As soon as I arrived to the lot to park, there was a shuttle passing by and immediately picked me up! Wow!! The ride to airport was smooth and the shuttle was clean with AC. Then when I returned, i only waited for about 5 minutes to be picked up. My drivers were nice and helped me with my bags.. The lady at the window was super nice and energetic! I will definitely use them again!

They were quick to pick us up and get us to the airport promptly upon our arrival. The parking area is gated and felt safe and secure. It was nice to not have to fight the crowds at the airport and to be dropped off and picked up right at the airport entrance!! We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. My car is always safe here, they are about 5-7 minutes from the airport, so you get there pretty quickly. They drop you off at the airline you are flying. Staff is nice.
