The first room they gave me was dirty, the bed had hair in it, the top comforter had holes in it. The clothing rack broke off the wall when I tried to hang my coat. The second room was a double and one of the beds still had a dirty comforter. If you can afford a better hotel choose that one.
The customer service was great BUT the room was not fit for anyone to sleep in! The bed had cigarette holes in the comforter. The pillows were small decorative pillows (absolute no decoration btw). The window had spider wevs in the corners. The walls were FILTHY! The chair was worn to the point that it should've been thrown in the garbage! The dresser was old and worn. The bathroom was dirty and the tub was permanently dirty with stains in it. The room had a very old smell to it. I IMMEDIATE checked out after having stood in it long enough to assess the room.
I would NOT recommend staying here. Ever the lady at the customer service desk was VERY RUDE! She sounded like she had just woken up from a nap and her speech was slurred. When I asked her certain questions pertaining to the room and amenities she told me she didn’t know in an agitated tone. When I get to my room it smelled like cigarette smoke, the bedding was not changed it smelled like urine! There were spider webs along the walls and on the lamps. The bathroom was VERY DISGUSTING! I did not sleep the ENTIRE night! Never again !!!!
Bathroom must of flooded so carpet was wet and dirty towels still on Bathroom floor as we checked in
I parked my car there last week and when I arrived to the airport I called the shuttle at least 20times. No one answered. I didn’t want to pay 30$ for Uber so I had to get to the parking lot by bus. I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t call them and they didn’t even say sorry to us. I picked this parking because they offer their shuttle 24 hours but that’s not true. Never again. You don’t want to be stuck at the airport with your bags.
