Due to COVID-19, shuttle hours are now  5 AM - 2 AM every 30 minutes on the hour until further notice.  
Due to COVID-19, all arriving customers must pull up to the front drive and check in at the front desk before parking your vehicle. You must present your receipt for parking (digital or paper). The front desk will then direct you to the parking lot. 

In Normal times: Shuttle runs 24/7 every 20 minutes to airport until 11 PM  and then every 30 minutes. Pick ups are on demand. 

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to shuttle departure to allow ample time.

Nice hotel but the atrium is load. So if you get an atrium “view” room you can hear everything in the building. Not a huge deal but again you cant get away from it because of the building design. The lobby and bar area are nice and updated. As are the bathrooms. but the rooms themselves are outdated. This is a common theme though with the Double Tree hotels as I travel. Most of the rooms have dark tones and it gives the rooms a dated/dark feel. Lighter paint colors and new carpet will give these rooms a much needed transition. Also, There is no free parking as well. Just and FYI. All in all I have it 3 stars. Maybe a 3.5

Outdated but still trying to hold its own. I got a room and no matter what they did, it smelled very musty in the room, almost like something had died. Actually, the whole side of the 10th floor smelled fishy, so to speak. The room was nice, if you can get used to the smell. The employees seemed a little more like they were better than anyone else, not so friendly or greeting. I stayed at another hotel not more than a few blocks away and it was much cleaner, with friendly employees and not bad odor in the room! I think the price paid here at Double Tree, compared to the upscale hotel i moved to, was about $30 more a night. Oh, and the PARKING FEES ARE OUTRAGEOUS AT DOUBLE TREE!!!

Very clean, staff was so nice about everything. Nice quiet room that was spotkess. They have a nice pool area with a pool table & pingpong table but they both need updated. The restaurant/bar was open til 11pm which was nice . Food was great but a bit pricey. They have valet parking & self parking. I have never stayed at a hotel that charged for self parking. $16. Otherwise all went well. Even with the extra expense for parking, I recommend this hotel.

Lobby area looks very nice and bar area is cool but when you have a room on the 7th floor and the three elevators are down I feel like it is over priced. Earlier today only one elevator was working. I’ve stayed at Hilton right next door and a much better experience. Also 10$ parking for guest

What an amazing experience. I recently got married here. I had a brunch wedding with small guest count due to COVID. The hotel did an excellent job in the midst of a pandemic. I was able to have an amazing wedding. Thank you to Sarah!! She did a phenomenal job. Everyone is very friendly at the hotel as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to get married during COVID or after! Just amazing!!

Honestly double tree is amazing but it kind of doesn’t make sense why they call it that because there’s not two trees next to each other.

Have been proving cleaning services to this property for past 8 years and as soon as GF management took over they refuse to pay the invoice, Accounts payable says they don’t have any money to pay their vendors invoice. Left messages to GM AND AGM but not one is willing to take responsibility. Very very poorly managed hotel.

Ross from the front desk is super knowledgeable and made me feel very welcomed. He was extremely professional and friendly. This will be my new go to hotel here in Orlando thanks to him.
