Large facility. Attended an event here recently. Lots of parking, close proximity to the highway. Good place to host large events, meetings, conventions, etc.

Great walking paths around this complex. I wish COVID-19 had not turn off the beautiful amenities of this Hotel

My mom and I both got rooms here in July 2020. When cleanliness is more important than ever, we found this hotel to not be very clean. The sink in my mom's room was coated in small hairs and mysterious black flakes. In my room I found a bobby pin on the carpet from a previous guest and multiple hairs on the floor in my bathroom. In both rooms and throughout the hotel, the carpet was worn and did not appear well vacuumed. In addition the hotel in general appears dated and parking is far from the rooms. The lack of basic cleaning during a pandemic is what is making me give the lowest possible rating. To the hotel's credit they did send someone to clean the sink in my mom's room promptly.

Also, we were both cold all night long because in both rooms it was impossible to change the A/C temperature (buttons didn't work) and it kept blowing cool air even when turned off. The beds have only a sheet and a single, thin blanket.

I recommend avoiding this hotel.

First room we checked into had dead months on the floor, ashes in the sink, and the bathroom toilet was used and has not been flushed. Floors in the hallways were not clean. Doors advertised that masks must be worn and employees were not wearing them. Second room was clean but did not smell fresh whatsoever.

The building is old and could use updating - like more lighting. We did not have washcloths in our room and had to ask for some. They were ready quickly, but should have been in the room.

There were definitely areas that needed more attention - there was mildew on the shower curtain and the yard was WAY overgrown. Although small, these details matter to me!

But our biggest reason for a low review is the interactions with the staff. When checking in, we had to wait for an employee to show up to help. Even though masks were "required" for employees in common areas, the two employees we worked with were not wear masks correctly. During this time, it is critical for guests to feel comfortable and that our safety is being considered. I did not appreciate the staff's lack of caution and consideration for those around them.
