I was not here for a stay but for their airport parking service (this hotel is a 5-10 min shuttle ride to the ATL airport).
I must say the ladies I talked to in the lounge for checking in were the best trained service people I’ve ever seen in my life. They were extremely courteous, professional and friendly. I’m not joking when I say I felt so nice when I was talking to them. After you check in, they will invite a free shuttle just for you. And the gentleman who drove the shuttle was also extremely nice - he stood up just to help me place my luggage in the compartment, although when he didn’t needed to. Whenever you say thank you l, they always respond with “my pleasure”.
Whoever trained all of them, and themselves included, must get a raise. If I ever needed to stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this place.

Ms Brenda and Constance you ladies rock. After a long day of flight delays we were sent over to this hotel. These ladies were so awesome. Their dedication for what they do can’t be matched. These ladies stepped right on in to help us. It was a slew of us that were sent from the other hotel to this Courtyard and these ladies were so welcoming. Ms Constance stated to me that she had already worked a double shift and was getting ready to get off when she heard the news of all of us having to come there. Instead of leaving her teammate stranded she stayed to help and to me that speaks volume to the character and leadership of these two wonderful ladies. I hope that this gets very far up the chain’s because these 2 women deserve something special for their hard work and dedication. The rooms were so clean. I would definitely be coming back to visit just to see these two wonderful ladies. Thank you so much ladies for making my stay easy and pleasant. I am so appreciative.

I enjoyed my experience at this Courtyard! The staff was very friendly. It was nice to have the lobby coffee bar in the morning and bar in the evening. The rooms were very plain but the amenities the hotel offered were nice.

A large and clean hotel. It's near the airport with a shuttle to get people back and forth. There's also a private yard in the middle of the hotel.

Staff was nice and very helpful. The bar tender was very cute lol and Def made a great drink. The beds were nice and comfy. Everything was very clean as well. They have a patio area where you can sit with a fire pit. Will be going back.

Nice and clean hotel, check in was fairly quick so pre-reserve..you do pay for parking on the premises at this location. No free breakfast you have to come an order your food downstairs but they have a few good options with Starbucks branded items. They have a griddle option as well. The lights did turn off during our stay but they came back on within 10 mins and had no further issues the remainder of our stay.

This was the cleanest and tidiest room I have stayed as of late. Not a single speck of dust anywhere. Nothing out of place. No scuff marks anywhere. No musty smells. Just perfect. Outstanding work by the Housekeeping staff. This has become my favorite hotel near the Atlanta airport.

This hotel was pretty good overall. The hotel was in an off location near the airport. There wasn't much surrounding the hotel except a few other hotels. If you want food or something to drink you'll have to get it before you come, eat at the bar, or order doordash/GrubHub. The service at the bar seemed slow but the food looked and smelled good. The front desk attendant was sort of rude to me but very pleasant with other customers. She offered them water and joked and laughed with everyone but I did not receive any water and I am a platinum member. She did upgrade me to a suite which was nice but the few times I asked her a question she seemed irritated but ended up helping me anyway. It was a strange dynamic.
The good thing about this place is they have an airport shuttle if you want to take advantage of it. I used it once to go to an Atlanta Dream game. However the shuttle was a bit of a hassle. I asked the front desk person (yep she seemed irritated) about the shuttle and she called it. He came by and dropped people off, jumped back in the van and took off so fast I couldn't say a word so she had to call him over the radio to come back and he did. I had a rental car so I was charged $5 per day per parking which hopefully wasn't a mistake because the website said $15 for parking.
The rooms were fine. The one complaint I have is the bathroom was very small and there was 0 ventilation so it felt like you were in a sauna right after your shower.

It's a really nice place. Pretty clean, friendly staff. But be warned, the pet fee is $120. They don't tell you that when you are making your online reservation. In fact, the site doesn't indicate any fee at all. It just says pet friendly, which it is.

Nice clean room. Food downstairs was really good and fresh. There's a ruby Tuesday nearby also. A little expensive but very convenient and tasty. We stayed here for the night because we had a very early flight. The free shuttle was nice and it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport. Parking was $18 the first night and $10 each consecutive night. I can't day enough about how nice the staff here is! The young lady that checked us in was wonderful and super nice! Highly recommend especially if you are flying out of Atlanta

Beautiful new Courtyard Hotel. Best rest I've had in a long time. They just don't have a full Restaurant service. I didn't like having to drive someplace else to eat breakfast or a nice dinner.

The close proximity to the airport is definitely a draw, and the staff members are a cut above the rest. They were hosting BINGO in the bistro when we arrived at night. It was a blast! They were friendly and so helpful from check in to check out. We will definitely being staying here whenever we need a room near the airport.

This is a very clean, comfortable, and inexpensive place to stay. The shuttle service ran every 15 minutes. It really was great. The staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. 👌🏾

The hotel is well maintained, clean and attractive. Parking is gate-controlled and private, but $15 per night per car, so be prepared for that. The courtyard area is attractive and available to all guests, includes seating areas and a fire pit. Lobby has a cafe counter with a limited menu along with beverage options, which is handy for a late night snack or a quick dinner if you don't feel like driving anywhere. There is no breakfast included with the price of the stay. if you want breakfast, you'll need to order at the cafe counter, which opens at 6:30am. There are cook-to-order options as well as the standard muffins, rolls and coffee. There are coffee makers in each room if you need that. Room was clean and well laid out, bedding was comfortable, no complaints there. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a fairly pricey place to stay, but it is very close to the airport, with a shuttle to get you there and back, so convenience costs you.

I had a strange situation happen during my stay. I had my “Do not Disturb” sign up for the day. I left for a few hours and came back and the toilet seat was up. I assumed housekeeping came through when I first saw it but then realized nothing else in the room was touched. All my personal belongings and everything else was exactly how I left it except the toilet seat being up. I talked to the front desk about it and they said they would look into it. I still never got an explanation as to what and why that happened and who was in my room while I was gone. Then my patio door wouldn’t lock but they sent me a very nice and helpful young man named Andre to help. He was able to fix it and made my stay feel a lot safer!! :) I still would like to know what happened as that whole situation made me uneasy but overall it was a clean, quiet stay.

Clean room. Nice. Will definitely recommend. Gym was clean. Feels safe on property. Mask requirements which is great and the staff follow guidelines. My visit was in early February, fair rate. Comfortable beds too. I enjoyed my stay.

This review is super late and I hope she is still around. I stayed there Sep 22 and forgot to leave a comment. Finally found the card! It was a good stay. Was a little leery about the area, but from the time I got there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Special shout to Ms. Tiauna Cosby. She was worked in the bistro area and was phenomenal. Beautiful personality and excellent customer service. Would stay again if I visit again.

Recently stayed here for the RWT. Upon check in, the young lady working the desk was SUPER sweet and nice. Didn’t get a chance to catch her name, but she thanked me for my elite status, while not necessary is a great gesture. Room was spacious, bed comfy. Check out was quick and easy. Hotel is near the airport and has a shuttle bus. Would definitely stay again.

Service has been always good stayed there several times. This was the first time since COVID. Sooooo... Mark he was going above and beyond working the kitchen. He was a trooper. Worked the front cashing out, bartender and back kitchen. Despite having NO staff he did it all. The guy personifies work ethic. If you stay here (recommend) tell the man who is scrambling at the bistro he is appreciated. Nice work Marriott in hiring this guy. Now get him some staff!

My wife and I decided that we would go down to Atlanta the day before our flight to Vermont so we could take the hotel shuttle to the airport. We were able to leave our car at the hotel until we returned.
Our room at Courtyard was very nice. We had dinner and the next morning's breakfast at their Bistro restaurant. Meals were good and reasonably priced.
Shuttle service to and from the airport was comfortable and didn't take long.

Really loved the place. Very nice updated feel. Breakfast was hot, but not free. Still a reasonable price for a hearty filled meal. Parking was not free. Was able to stay here because of a HOTWIRE deal. Microwave is at the front desk though🤨🤔

Clean and super close to the airport. Unlike the Courtyard Miami Beach last week the staff was super friendly and accommodating! I had to early check out and was even offered a 1/2 day rate due my flight times! Kiana was super informative about the amenities and that the hotel was under complete renovations. Just really outstanding. Only negative was the hot tub is no longer in service 😥.

We stayed one night before our flight to Colorado. Everything was great for just a quick trip. The beds are very comfortable and rooms very clean. The only downfall is they said they ran out of bottle water for their Marriott members. Not a deal breaker however just a small detail.

This place is awesome. The hotel is clean and modern. Bed sheets were sublime. The front desk persons are great. They are professional and have great customer service. There are balcony’s/patios for each room. Definitely worth the stay.
