Booked hotel for 4 nights due to being close to airport and also the pics on site looked decent. I was not expecting something fancy, but just something clean and safe. You do not get what is pictured. No shuttle service. When I asked the person at front desk just looked at me like I was crazy for asking and there was not way I would get anyone before 11am and that was a maybe..People living in hotel and staff used as personal hang out. Reeked of smoke. No masks being used. Room was not clean. I used my own personal clorox wipes and Lysol spray. Phone was broken. When I asked for towels they never came. The only reason we stayed there was because I couldn't cancel reservation. Never again.
Absolutely the worst hotel ever stank like cigarettes very dirty and rotten food in fridge
I’ve been a choice member since 2015 and most Comfort Inn’s are good...but this one is terrible. It is in a scary place and had no hot breakfast or pool. My room smelled like cigarette smoke and my throat was sore when I left. I’m not sure if it was from the cigarette smoke or the wet floors. They had fans blowing everywhere trying to dry the floors out. ITS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY. 😡

We had to buy online to get good rate because front desk could not accommodate good rate online. Smoke free room smelled of smoke. No light bulbs in desk lamp. Toilet would not always shutoff. Workout room not accessible until 11am. Who works out then? Only muffins at breakfast bar. Room was clean. TV worked great with free movies but had horizontal line through screen. Bed was comfortable for one night. Rate was good. Two queens, 3 adults for $85 total.
Very clean very friendly comfy bed
Has microwave and fridge in room

Pet friendly and shuttle is available
4 star motel at a 2 star price
5 star service
WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. I just got into Tennessee with my family and my wife looked up this hotel. I don't know how it has even close to a 4 star rating! I walked in and no one but me and the guy behind the counter had on a mask, so when I got up there I asked if Tennessee had a mask policy and he said yes. So they weren't enforcing that. Then I started to walk the hotel with my family and the whole hotel smelt like weed, all the walls were scuffed, cracked and just missing peices. When we got to the room and werid odor hit us. I am assuming it was coming from the leak in our ceiling that leaked all night. Also our fire alarm was just completely missing it battery's and the cover for them. Our A/C would stop working every 10 mins and we would have to get up and reset it. The pillow cases and sheets still had stains on then and to top everything off this morning the power went out in my room!
I’ve staying in this hotel many times and never had anything bad to say about this hotel. My family and I drove 500miles from Chicago and the room we reserved was not the room we were given. Front desk was not helpful with that issue. Then on Sunday the power went out for about five hours that left us sitting in a hot room with two children. This visit was unacceptable and I think I will be staying a a different hotel going forward.
This hotel was very disgusting. We booked for two nights but ended up leaving after one night. The hotel has a smell to it in the common areas. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was far from what we had hoped. I found gum stuck in the couch. Light fixtures hanging from wires. Drywall flaking away. Holes in the wall. Sprinkler heads that have gone off and have been replace. There were little pieces of weed in the info packet for the hotel. I managed to take a bunch of photos while we were there. To top everything off someone unloaded many clips of ammo just a few yards from the hotel property. I would not recommend staying at this hotel for any reason.
Quite nice, only wish I could've checked in earlier for a longer stay!
Building is settling and it is way noticable in the rooms. Not very clean. Would not recommend

Three days and our room not cleaned. The first time we complained and they said they forgot but would make sure to do it. Guess what? Just got back and they dropped off clean towels but did not clean the room nor empty trash cans, beds not made. No fresh soap no shampoo, no fresh coffee cups nor empty and clean coffee pot. First and last time here. Also, awakened at 4:30 am by couple arguing next door. Came in about 9:00 pm and hotel smelled like somebody was smoking pit on the first floor. My sister said third floor smelled the same.
There was blood on the comforter they gave me.a better room the hotel was not very clean smelled of marajuana even in the non smoking section
Check in at 4am, been on the road all night. Arrived at my room, key card works fine.. Click, I'm in! As I'm fumbling for the lights with the large luggage cart parked in front of me, a lady sits up in the bed... We are BOTH confused, I'm in addition absolutely mortified!! I apologize a million times then I go back down to the nonchalant lady at the desk who wanted to say I was lying then she called the room and the lady answered... Red faced, she gave me another room..... The one I learned aforementioned guest originally had and switched from.. Toilet stopped up, heat does not go off, and after I stained my clothes pretty bad I then realized the iron was broken too! I've never had a hotel ruin my weekend my goodness!
Room was dusty, but descent. My 9 yr. old daughter and I had continental breakfast on the main floor, worker was upset and dropping f bombs with families around. Then the housekeeper pulled a fast one on me. She asked me to sign the sheet after asking me what type of room service we needed. I told her more towels before heading out of the door for the day. When we got back, beds had not been made and dirty towels had not been taken. We will NEVER come back. Run guys, you will regret it if you stay!
Not great. Hot water went cold in the shower before we could all take one. Hot tub closes early at 9:30 but they cool the water off 30 min before so it's really done at 9. Also the cabinets in the room rattled everytime you step on the floor. :(
The indoor pool and hot tub are lukewarm. The staff are not the friendliest. We will not be staying here in the future.
Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable
It was a quick overnight stay because we were driving from Oklahoma to Florida but the beds were so comfortable and the full breakfast was amazing. Did I mention they are dog friendly? Everyone was so nice here.
Great customer service.Shuttle service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Very good continental breakfast. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi. I would definitely stay again.
The property overall in very good condition for the type of hotel. Clean room, easy check in, free parking. Pool area was very nice & clean. Breakfast service was good. Employees are courteous & professional. Mr.Sam was very helpful & generous. I will certainly be staying here again when I am in the area.
The two, female clerks (I'm hating myself for not remembering their names but I remember their smiles and genuine friendliness)are the sweetest women I've met as a visitor to this establishment, always smiling. They recommended the best southern food places to eat, malls, historic places, all you have to do is ask.😊😊 Kinny, the maintenance worker (I remember his name because I stared at his name tag😆 and the cook, whose name I also forgot too...in all I give everyone a 5-star rating. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were just accommodating , friendly and smiling too. Hearing them say, "If you need anything, please let us know" and they meant it.
Breakfast was delicious: waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausages, eggs, choice of cereals, grits, hard-boiled eggs, toast, bagels, juices, water or infused water, coffee, pastries, butter, creamer. No need to go out to eat when this hotel offers this much food for breakfast!
My husband and I both agreed how much we enjoyed our stay and how accommodating the staff were. We would stay at this location again because of the pleasant experience we had interacting with the staff members. They're wonderful, and because of their genuine smiles and kindness, I left Memphis a firm believer that southern folks and hospitality is real!
Thank you, to everyone, for making our trip to the South "one incredible experience!". 💗💗💗💗
I always try to stay at comfort inns, but this one is changing my mind about them. burn holes in the comforter - old stale coffee in the coffee pot - AC sounded like a 76 Chevy - red stains on the carpet (hopefully not blood) - holes in the couch- staff was excessively rude for no reason except for maybe hating their job. Just an awful stay.
The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, the food was good. We had a very good stay. The only issue was that the place constantly smelled like marijuana - not exactly their fault, but still it made an impact 😷
I have never written a review, but feel it necessary to do so in this case. We arrived at the hotel and checked in with no problem. Our room appeared nice enough, but the bathroom was not clean at all. The toilet seat and commode still had debris left in it. I'm a bit of a germaphobe so even after their cleaning which still, by the way, wasn't suitable, I had to go get Clorox and cleaners to clean it myself. We didn't have towels either and my phone didn't work in my room, so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk, which means I had to go through all the prompts to get to someone who then would put me on hold for at least 15 minutes and hang up.... then I start the process over. Finally I had to go down stairs to the front desk and ask for towels....my response.... We don't have any, I don't know what to tell you.
NO TOWELS IN A HOTEL... REALLY. Turns out I was not the only person down there asking about towels. Several people were. The cleaning lady told us she was washing some and would bring some up when they were done. They took all of our names and room numbers....we did not receive towels. After several trips to the front desk we finally got towels, just not enough and no face towels at all.
This was just the first day. The pool didn't work... they claimed waiting on a part to come in that day, that never came in our whole trip. Hot and cold water switched and marked wrong/ hot for cold cold for hot. Phone issues were never resolved. One good thing..... the breakfast was great. Well that's my input, hole it was helpful.
