I have used this lot twice. My experiences were not bad compared to other lots I've used. The shuttles run constantly so the wait is never too long. The car took some time to be retrieved once I arrived back at the lot. I had called in like we are instructed to do, then gave my card with the pin to the van driver. The shuttle only had 3 families on and mine was the only car not parked up front and ready to go. That was disappointing.

I want to comment on one issue. I wish I had the van driver name but I'm sure the company knows. I was the first on the van and as I watched my car being driven in for parking I realized I had left my coat in the front seat. I asked the driver if there was any way I could get it and he shook his head yes. Then he got on his radio so I thought he was taking care of it. He came back to the van loading another person and I asked again if the coat was being brought up and he shook his head yes again. As he drove off I said "where is my coat". He answered that my car is parked for me, don't worry. I was so disappointed. I believe this was him not understanding English enough to reply to a question out of the ordinary. If he would have told me it wasn't possible because it was my responsibility to get all my belongings out before it was parked I would have accepted that with no further discussion. This was a $30 mistake on my part as that was what an airport hoodie cost. Anyone who has a job with direct public contact should speak and understand English.

I would not park here again. I did not realize I had to leave my keys but it was fine. On my trip, I opened up the vehicle app and saw my vehicle was unlocked and I could not lock it due to key fob being inside the vehicle. I called and they said they would figure it out and get it handled… The next day it was STILL unlocked with keys in it. I called yet again even though I was inquiring charges on my phone due to being out of the country. When we arrived back, the vehicle was not ready and one guy was running around trying to help others. We finally looked around and found it ourselves… unlocked with the keys in it!!! My car could have easily been stolen or purposely damaged. I do not recommend parking here unless you’re comfortable with your vehicle being unlocked with keys left in it.

Please save yourself and park with another company. We missed our flight going out because the shuttle didn’t show up for almost an hour. Then on the way home the shuttle driver was a maniac on the wheel. Then we got to our car, which we just purchased about a month ago there are what looks to be white chalk marks all over the roof. Will never park with them again!!!

This lot will valet park your vehicle and keep your key for you while you travel. Seems like a nice trade off.



Upon my return, I retrieved my vehicle and headed home. On my drive home, I noticed my Stetson cowboy hat was not in the truck, where I always keep it. I assumed I may have left it at home, but that would have been unusual as my hat is usually on my head or in my truck. It was not at home.



I called and inquired with the company and was advised that this was not their fault despite despite them having control of the keys, truck and parking lot. I made sure my valuable items were removed prior to the trip but the hat had more sentimental value and monetary value. Stupid me thinking an old cowboy hat would be stolen, yet here we are.

To begin with I used the Way app trying to make it as easy as possible for my wife's trip. They had her dates wrong and never refunded the mistake. On her departure trip She sat in a van with no air conditioner for 15 minutes while the driver waited on someone. Seems the lady may have been from the same country as him since they were chatting in non-english and the music was blaring some Spanish songs. On return they took their good old time picking her up and rushed her to get her car once they finally brought it to her. I found out today why the rush. They had hit our car and wanted her to get off the lot with out checking it. They had pulled it up with front end behind the shuttle and she assumed all was well. Wrong assumption they hit our car and since she didn't file before leaving lot we eat that one. And don't believe the $2.99 per day it ended up costing almost $20 for 2 days using the Way app. Bottom line beware using them and double check your vehicle before leaving the lot

Last experience here was not great, gave it another chance since I was told it was under a new owner/management. I Checked in around 4am. Super smooth process, Jordan was super friendly and informative. Place looked clean and organized.

Easy to find near the airport and convenient shuttle. However, it seems them overbooked themselves as there were cars parked everywhere. Originally I was under the impression it was self park, as I wanted to use my car cover. When I checked in, I was informed they were going to park it for me, which was fine. I asked if they could use the car cover in my trunk and they said yes. A week later, came to pick up my car to a warped key card ( I have a Tesla) because they locked it in the car and the car cover not even touched. While it was convenient, I don't know if I will be using them in the future

Easy to find location just east of the airport. Our driver, Michael was so polite and kind. We didn't have to wait for a ride to the airport or to be picked up on our return. Our car was parked where the van drops off at the front door when we arrived. We will definitely use BMI smart parking in the future. Nice paved parking lot. Very organized and professional!

I had a great experience with BMI parking. I left my car parked for 18 days while traveling abroad. I was pick up very quickly and on my way. No issues. Car perfect.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If I could give them a -10 review score I would!

When making my original reservation, the website stated they were open 24 hours. I had an early flight out and a late flight returning. This is why I booked with them seeing as how the site stated open 24 hours!! I had a 6am flight out of Orlando. I arrived at BMI at 3:35 am in order to arrive at the airport by 4am. I pulled up and 4 others were ahead of me waiting for staff to arrive. Inside the office was a sign that stated they would open at 4am! By the time we all left for the airport, there were 2 van loads of people going to the airport. There were so many of us they did not even check us in. Just handed us a business card and said to call upon return to get a pin number that was to be given to our driver. No other instructions given. I called the day I was suppose to arrive to make sure someone would be there to pick me up from the airport. They stated no as they close at midnight and I was landing at 11:47pm which meant I did not have transportation back to my vehicle. The man I spoke to flat did not care and said everything was explained to me upon check in. I explained there wasn't a check in and how a card was handed to us. He said I would have to find alternative transportation to get my vehicle. Uber, lift or cabs are $25-$30 to go 5 miles! I would urge everyone not to support this business. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Drop off was easy, and we were where we needed to be in a timely manner. Pick up was similar. I called the number at 5:28 pm and by 5:50 we were in the van and on our way to the parking lot. Before we left, the driver gave the parking lot our number. Once we arrived the car was off to the side with the keys in it ready to go!



I would use them again in the future.

The person in the office was very rude when we arrived he rushed us out of our vehicle. The site mention you keep your keys BUT they take your keys AND KEEP THEM and park as close as they can to other vehicles! Whereas bumpers are literally touching each other. The driver spoke Spanish to the other passengers and no English to us he advised them what was going on and that he had to route back around in Spanish to the other passengers but not us. He spoke English very well another Spanish passenger got on the van and they spoke English to each other . THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCE HE OVER PACKED THE BUS BOTH ROUTES !! Even with a dog and did not ask was their anyone who’s allergic before adding a dog to the van !!! The ride was bumpy and careless!! The picture the owner posted was before the other drivers got on the van. Your employee came out the building raising his voice and yelling at me the day I picked up my car the supervisor at the time even came out and told him he was wrong and apologized to me and offered me a refund that I never got back (which I truly don’t care about that) . The cars were bumper to bumper I never said my car was but I seen everybody else car practically sitting on the next person car. My car was pulled up as I departed the van. As a matter of fact I wasn’t the only one complaining that day. The van was not cleaned when I departed and I watch this company load up another crew right after me and my family got off. The argument with your driver was exactly what you just got unprofessional and argued about concerning the airport and Temperatures, I was social distance from others on the plane and no dogs were sitting next to me or my kids. So again this is a very unprofessional company as anyone can see from How the company responded . Please be Ware before parking here! Also be Ware they post your picture without your permission as you see they did just that.

Drop off was fine. Pick up had to wait for then an hour. When van arrived, there were not enough seats for everybody waiting. Disnt feel like waiting another hour. Had to take a cab to the parking place. Would of been easier just to park at the airport. Never use this company again

I would give half a star if possible. It started to go downhill when we arrived to park and had to wait almost 15 minutes to be brought to a parking spot. Fine... we let it go as we were excited for our upcoming vacation. Fast forward and we land back in Orlando after a glorious week in Costa Rica. Called to get picked up and it was a 30 minute wait. Whatever we can deal. 45 minutes later no shuttle. In this time we have seen multiple companies come through multiple times. Still no BMI. When it finally arrived after many calls, there were a number of parties waiting upset and claiming this is the last time they use this service. One lady even shared she almost missed her departure flight because of them. They do not have an appropriate fleet to accommodate the amount of cars they park. It’s evident based on the other companies and how frequently they are looping to the airport. I recommend park, bark and fly. We will never be using this service again.

I strongly recommend BMI parking facilities serving Orlando international airport.

Everything worked smoothly since the online reservation until the day of our arrival.

We were a little bit concerned about our midnight arrival. However, after less than 10 minutes wait the shuttle was there for us.

Definitely they have the best price in the region and more importantly very punctual with the shuttle service.

Waited over an hour for a shuttle only to find out the company tells us they have more staff and there’s only one guy running the entire place. People push over each other to get into the shuttle, the temperature break light is flashing and the van is overheating. And when we get there we are blocked in by two cars only to find out they can only move one of the cars so it was a very tight squeeze. definitely would not recommend and definitely will never come back again. I recommend other shuttles that are constantly showing up consistently every 5-10 minutes rather than the 40 minutes for one shuttle to come and you don’t even get onto it.

When calling the place of business they do not answer the phone right away. Plus when they got to the airport with one van for a load of people. Had no room for everyone. I don't see the point on calling to tell them you arrive when they don't send out the proper amount of vans to pick up the passengers. Next time I will spend the extra $10 for better service. This place stinks!! Oh they are only open till midnight with shuttle. Not a 24 hour service. Go some where else.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would, I parked my car here while I took my spring break trip. When I arrived, I was told the shuttle would be back at the lot in 10 minutes, about 40 minutes go by and no shuttle there were about 3 other cars behind mine also waiting to get into a parking spot and get on the shuttle. I only made my flight by the skin of my teeth because of this shuttle company. Also, I know for a fact that I left my prescription shades in the shuttle and when I went back to get my car the dude at the lot said "I don't have any up here.. can I have your name and number so the manager can call you." You think the manager called me ? Absolutely not! I would recommend going ANYWHERE else but here!!!!! From recent personal experience, I would NOT recommend!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. This place was unprofessional. They couldn't answer simple questions,just rudely interrupt stating the same information, instead of clarifying. We were late to the airport after waiting 30-40 mins and didn't come get us until after we went back into the office. Then at pick up they wouldn't answer the phone I called 16 times before they picked. They came and as we were making our way to them, they pulled out they stated they called us and hung up the phone, as my husband was trying to make sure they had the correct number. They lack professionalism and what they state online is not true at all. If you don't want to miss your flight or be treated with bad customer service, go somewhere else. I have never in my life left a bad review. I'm seriously disappointed and disgusting by the lack of basic customer service skills.

Just don’t do it. Drop off was fine, just seemed a bit unprofessional, site is A LOT MORE unsafe than they advertise it to be. Our flight got delayed and we ended up arriving at 1am which is an hour after their shuttle services stop. We called to make sure they would still be open at that time even though there was no more shuttles and they assured us they were open 24/7. Had to pay an arm and a leg for an Uber to get to the parking lot and there is absolutely no one there, office was completely empty, people were trying to reach them by phone and nothing. My boyfriend and I had to go into the parking area ourselves (which was just completely open, no security whatsoever) and just grab my car and take it home, which means literally anyone else could have come in and done the same.

Dropping off car was great. Even told them to detail the car. I was gonna be gone 11 days. Flew back, called number 12 times with no answer, kept going to voice mail and the box was full. It took over an hour to get a ride back to the lot. I paid for valet so I went in and told them I was back, took him 30 minutes to find my car. And on top of that, it was not detailed.

Bad service. Would not use them again.

I will NEVER park at this off-site parking place again. We arrived in Orlando at 7 pm and called once we got our bags at 7:11 pm for pickup. 30 minutes later and still no shuttle so we called again. The person said it would be 10-15 minutes at the latest. 18 minutes later we called again as there was still no shuttle. The person working was rude saying "you need to learn patience". It took 50 minutes for pickup that night. Poor customer service and time management. They were the cheapest but also the slowest. I guess you get what you pay for.

Even though it seems like a great price don't be fooled like I was. Got to parking lot hour and 30 minutes before I was supposed to board my flight and almost missed my flight. Was last person on the plane and had to run through the airport. Sat at parking lot over thirty minutes just to get parked and then after getting on the bus driver wanted to stop by the office and bs for another 15 minutes. Return from my trip back to Florida I stood outside for 45 minutes and still haven't been picked up yet with three calls to there office. Will never use them again having to get a taxi to get back to pick up my truck

I booked specifically because this service was listed as 24/7 online and was told by the person working the service counter to call the day before my flight arrives to arrange pickup for between 12am and 4am. I called to schedule pickup for my 2am flight and was informed they wouldn't pick up between 12am and 4am so now I'm going to have to pay to get a ride to the lot, which defeats the purpose of me having chosen a 24/7 shuttle service. I would have chosen another service had this been stated up front.

We should have never left our 2 cars there. We drove from Tampa to catch a plane from MCO. The cars already parked were inches between each other. Originally thought, we should just lost the $50.00 we already paid. But we kept the reservation. I did take a picture of my mileage but no pictures of my 2 cars. Once we got back, I had 23 additional miles on my 1 "nice" car and damage on the front panel. I mentioned this to one of the employees about the extra mileage and he responded, "sometimes we have to move the merchandise". Where did they drive my car? I also spoke to the office manager about the damage and filled out a claims report. I did give it a one star because they did pick us up after waiting 20 minutes at the airport. Update on 2/18/21, after 5 left messages, 1 email, 1 filed report, still no response by BMI Smart Parking.

Worst parking experience ever... I would give less than 1 star if it was possible. Started with waiting at the airport for 50 minutes for a van to arrive after I called and entered my pin. Then when the Van arrived, I found out it was a mass free for all to get on the van. This was difficult to do as I was with my family including 2 kids (one just 7 months old) and my mother in law. So as the one van that finally showed up got bum-rushed, I had no chance to make it on. Low and behold 20 minutes later another one showed up and got rushed again... So there I am waiting for another shuttle to show up 20 minutes later. What makes the wait worse was that the entire time I was waiting, I saw their competitors show up, shuttle after shuttle, many times over, all while this company could hardly get shuttles to the airport.



All the while as I am waiting, I am calling the company and trying to speak to someone at the office. I was trying to ask if the driver can look out for me and my family and small kids to make sure we get on and after my first call, the person in the office recognized my number and stopped answering the phone... I found out because I called after from my work number and they answered with no issue.



I wish anyone in the future luck with this company. Their low rates are not worth the 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting at the airport just to get to my vehicle. I will never use this company and can never recommend them to anyone. This was by far the worst experience and really wished I went with someone else for my airport parking experience.

Do not park here. Seriously. The picture online is not the BMI location my car was parked at. There is no office. The phone number does not work. And check up is not guaranteed. Some random guy drives up and says just go on the shuttle which was full. Waited almost 1 hour for a new shuttle. Good thing I came early or else I would miss my flight.

Returning was worst. Called number again - doesn’t work. Ended up calling customer service who successfully transferred call. Required a code that was never provided initially. Account was charged nevertheless. Once at shuttle location for pick up- waited 35 min. Only one shuttle sent and there was more than 11 people which is their limit.

Honestly - you get want you pay for. Less some times cost more. Don’t park here unless you really have lots of patience

Do not park here waited 3 hour to get my vehicle over 30 behind me got there cars first owner had to be called to help out didn't change the speed of getting cars out. They hold your keys and won't allow you to go and get your own car. If you value your time do not park here pay the few extra bucks to park else where

Waited over 2 hours to receive my car upon arrival from transport. Was only updated twice with "you see how busy we are, your car is coming" and "your car is next".



After a grand total of 135 minutes, 3 full shuttles of other paying customers getting their cars in no time, calling for a shuttle over 20 times!! only to be sent to voice-mail and hustling just to get a ride back from the airport(they have no procedure on how the shuttles are filled returning from the airport) I was finally asked to get on an empty shuttle with an off the clock employee and a driver where I was taken to a separate parking lot (no more than a quarter mile away) where my car had been sitting and running the entire time.



I can never use this service again. Hands down worse parking experience of my life.

These people are amazing. The whole process of check in and transfer to the airport was fantastic. When I got to the lot my front tire was flat (I admit that it was flat when I left the car in the lot, but since I was in a hurry I decided to solve this issue upon my return) and General Manager Tony changed my tire and they didn't charge me anything for the extra service. Also, I was comfortable in the waiting room, where chikky offered me water, coffee and chocolates. It is the best parking lot in Orlando. I highly recommend it !!

In my opinion, BMI Smart Parking gives you everything it offers you. In addition, the staff of the company cares about making you feel safe and comfortable. I reached out to them through APR and their attention was perfect. Then I came back again and the service was even better. They have clean, modern vans and always a smile to the customer. There is alcohol in gel, they offer mouth cover (free, I forgot mine). They parked my car and on my return the car was waiting for me. When I went to the airport I checked in in 5 minutes and in 8 minutes I was at the airport. On my return I called by phone, 7 minutes later I was in the shuttle and when I got to the parking lot my car was waiting for me ready to go. Honestly, they deserve more than 5 stars. Plus they have the best rate in Orlando.

I share the 5 stars, I do not share the negative comments. You have to have common sense. They promise to run a shuttle every 15 minutes, and they do. And they also strive to provide great service. I traveled with a woman who complained about the delay and the shuttle arrived in 15 minutes, no problem! There are people who complain to complain, I appreciate the great service of these people! Great service! More than what I expected! Due to the hurricane, many places in Orlando were flooded and they did not let me get wet, but they brought me the car to their canopy and I was able to go home without getting wet. I will park my car here again. I recommend it!

They deserve zero stars. They advertise 24 hour shuttle but don't answer the phone and never show up at airport. Ended up taking Uber.They also charged me for a car wash and a week later my car was still dirty.
