Before I start I want to give a shout out to Mac and Art. They were so accommodating and so helpful through the whole 10 days we were there.
We didn't necessarily want services everyday so we would request them as needed and they were always willing to accommodate quickly.
Mac gave us a room furthest away from the street for a quiet getaway. He was conscious of our needs.
I need to mention the awesome delicious coffee that they had! Not the coffee in the rooms that stuff was horrible. The coffee downstairs for breakfast and it stayed till noon time. Such good coffee!!!
The Continental breakfast was okay, when Art made it in the morning it was a lot better tasting than the other staff.
It consisted of.. make your own waffles, bread, bagels, cream cheese, butter, scrambled eggs, sausage links, tater tots, coffee and a variety of juices.
The pool is under construction right now and we never got a chance to look at the exercise room.
I do suggest wearing bedroom slippers or some type of covering for your feet because the carpets need a little work.

My 1st impression of the hotel based on previous reviews were less than optimistic, but I later found this hotel to be quite pleasant, with good customer service, caring staff who do their best to make my and my family’s stay a great time. Yes, there were stains on the bed sheets from previous users but besides that, nothing out of the ordinary. New sheets and shower essentials were provided upon request without hesitation. They also serve a decent hot breakfast, and Swahi even made some fresh coffee late at night for me since I really wanted some. She also paid extra attention to make sure all my and my family members’ concerns were addressed and were one of the wonderful staff who cared about how we felt about our stay!! I am overall happy about staying at this hotel and it was a good experience.

The lady in the front desk was amazing. My Expedia reservation never went thru and when we got there (after midnight) there were no rooms available, but she managed to find something for me! The room was clean, though there was a small spider in the bathroom. Everything was clean, no bad odor anywhere. Shuttle to airport on time for my flight. Very good experience.

This review is for the Shuttle Driver! He was such an awesome, kind man! I got stuck at the airport with a cancelled flight, booked a room at the Best Western and called for a shuttle. He was there right away, I had to call him multiple times to help me figure out where to meet him because I've never been outside of this airport before. He was so helpful, kind and understanding! So easy to talk to and just down to earth. Just one of those people you want to hug because you feel like you've known them forever. Got me to and from the airport on time and safely. I didn't have any cash on me for a tip, I felt so bad. Never did he ask or treat me any different for not having a tip for him either. (I'm so sorry about that) Thank you for being such an awesome person!
Also, hotel was great. Front desk lady gave me complimentary toiletries since I wasn't able to get my checked bagged. Super helpful and kind.

The hotel was super clean and there was no bugs the staff members were super nice upfront I got the hotel room because my air flight was delayed so the airlines paid for it. There’s even a shuttle bus to get you to the airport and back so that was very convenient. There’s two gas stations within a 10 minute walking distance of the hotel also. I’d recommend staying there.

We stayed only one night in the jacuzzi room. The room was nice and spacious. Clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the tub. Big enough for two people to comfortably relax in. The location is decent. The limited snacks in the lobby was a bit disappointing after a long drive from Wisconsin. But it's located a block away from a convenience store so that is nice. The breakfast in the morning was really good and we really appreciated the late check out options. It helps not having to rush out in the morning especially if you have a later flight. We look forward to our next stay here!

Busy, close to airport, very commercial area, could hear train whistles at night. Hotel building is old, so the walls are a little thin, but each area and the guestrooms have all been updated. For my purpose, the location was fine due to convenience for the several places I needed to visit. Some people might not like the neighborhood. Front desk staff vey caring and helpful.

The staff goes over and above to make sure you have what you need; they even sent their shuttle to pick up our dinner from a local restaurant—at no charge (of course, we gave the driver a tip). And, the breakfast bar is one of the best I’ve seen for a continental buffet. Very clean, and abundance of offerings (waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, English muffins, sausage, potatoes, etc.). Room was large and well appointed. Absolutely no complaints—a real value for the money!

After waiting at the airport for 6 hours watching the flight after flight cancelled, I looked up this place and made an online 3rd party reservation as soon as my flight was canceled 3rd time. Spent $40 on an cab to make the short trip to find out I had booked for the next night, as in 24 hours later. The kind man at the front desk moved my reservation to tonight without hesitation. That was the only good thing to happen the whole day and made me feel so much better. Some of the best hospitality I've seen. There is a free hotel shuttle to the airport too!

Stayed there with a park & fly & stay package and this hotel provided the best value for the price that I paid compared to other hotels that I have a membership with. Some hotels are nicer (cleaner) but was not providing shuttle service to the airport.
*Values that they provided: 1) FREE shuttle service to/from the airport even late night or early morning 2) They are very understanding with your travel situation and stress associated with it and Swatti (front desk staff) has offered and provided hot coffee beyond their breakfast time for warming up. Morning staff also provided me an early check-in when I arrived from the early morning flight
*Things that you should be aware of (tips to stay here): 1) make sure you call 24 hours before with your arriving time at the airport. Otherwise, shuttle won't be there for you (I was told otherwise when I checked in. What they are telling me was not consistent, reason to take one star off). Make sure you give tips for a driver, such a sweet guy working for customers, 24/7 per request 2) ask rooms facing the back of main road. Noise can be a great distraction for your sleep.
Overall, if I need to park and fly (with one night stay), I will choose this hotel.

Checked out the room with the Jacuzzi in so my boyfriend could enjoy a nice soak as normal tubs are too small for him. The room was good for that aspect! The room was clean, the carpet could use an update as it’s older. We did see them deep clean the main area hallway carpets while there so that was a good sign. They didn’t have breakfast which could be due to Covid. We were on the side by the Mannheim road and the windows are not sound proof so if you don’t sleep with background noise you may wake up to all the semis driving on the road over night. The staff was friendly and helpful. There seemed to be an odor of cigarette smoke in various areas from the hallways to room even though the hotel is listed as smoke free.

Very disappointing customer service. It took an hour from the time I called for the airport shuttle till I was finally checked in. First got put on hold forever trying to call and request the shuttle from the airport, and then the front desk staff forgot to even tell the driver to pick me up! Worse, the staff tried to lie and claim the shuttle was late because it had been already coming back from the airport. This was not true, and he admitted it after I asked directly. No offer of a discount or compensation for the fact that I had to stand at the airport for 45 minutes waiting. I even left a message for the manager about the issue but have heard nothing. Also, there were ants in the bathroom and the wifi signal didn't reach the room. The morning shuttle driver was also late and left multiple passengers standing in the lobby worrying about catching their flight.

The front desk guy was very nice and helpful and the shuttle drivers were informative. Breakfast was not bad. Room appeared clean. The bed however was very creeky and terribly uncomfortable and after removing my bag from the shuttle van, my luggage was filthy. I've worked at a BW and other hotels in the past and we freely gave guests little vanity kit envelopes with the qtips and shower caps, and they charge $2 which I find very cheap and tacky of them. The friendly service made up for where the hotel fell short elsewhere.

Hotel was very clean and room was nice. Beds was very comfortable. If if had to say something negative--the only thing I did not like was the lighting on the bathroom mirror. I had an early flight and they even made sure breakfast was ready at 5AM so I could have breakfast before the hotel shuttle took me to the airport. Why do folks leave bad reviews here? Because they’re trying to get free rooms. I watched it at check-in. It was exactly what a certain large group of inexpensive hotel visitors do (and brag about it on TikTok).
This hotel is very very low priced for the area. It has amazing access to O’hare and Rosemont and Schaumburg and even Chicago — but it isn’t $400 a night.
“Mak” checked me in and he was amazing. Housekeeping was constantly cleaning the halls and rooms and lobby and eating area.
The room was fine! A little bit of street noise but I want to be close to O’hare.
Free breakfast was excellent.
The hot tub was clean and divine!!! The shower tub and bathroom was clean! The free shampoo and conditioner and soap was super high quality.
Free hotel shuttle was on time and amazing.
The staff were so so friendly.
Remember: the negative reviews are jerks trying to get free rooms at a hundred dollar a night hotel that competes with four hundred dollar ones.
Do not believe the negative reviews. This hotel was 5 star quality and service for a 2 star price.

The room was the most basic of accommodations and I'd recommend bringing a sleep mask if you need darkness, *BUT* the staff was exceptionally friendly. We did a "park and fly" and left our car with them for 3 weeks. Shuttle service to and from the airport was great, the car was where we left it, and we'd definitely use this service again. Seamless experience with no stress other than a funky a/c unit and a very bright room.

We flew in at night (about 9pm) and arrived to the hotel to pick up our car shortly after only to find out the battery was dead :( We were traveling with 3 young kids as well (we were still 6 hours away from home too). Two staff members helped us tremendously though and I couldn’t thank them enough… from helping try to jump us, to running my husband to the autozone close by, to offering my littles drinks while they “patiently” waited. Tony and Rodge were their names and I want to give them the recognition deserved. They went above and beyond for my family when they didn’t have too and we were truly grateful for their acts of kindness. I only give 4 stars because we weren’t impressed with the rooms/furniture, they were outdated/dirty feeling and the mattresses were very hard/thin. I could go on and on about how friendly and amazing the staff is though! Incredible customer service :)

We were hesitant to book because of the mixed reviews. We are glad we decided to stay here! We used reward points to book if this is important.
Our stay at this hotel was exemplary start to finish. We were picked up promptly at the airport by a friendly hotel shuttle driver who made great conversation and had 30 years experience as a local cab driver. We were greeted at the hotel by friendly front desk staff who promptly checked us in. They sent a staff member back to our room, before we went back, to personally check it was clean and ready - a nice gesture we have not experienced elsewhere. After we thoroughly inspected for any negligence, we found the room to be very clean from the bed, to the TV clicker to the bathroom. No stains, bugs, or trash as some others reported. A few hard to reach cobwebs on the ceiling were no issue for us.
We took bus 330 after check in to the Rosemont CTA station ($2.25 one way) to catch the blue line into the city. When we returned and retired to our room, we slept very well in the comfortable bed. The next morning, breakfast was very good - better than most BWs we have stayed at. Fresh eggs, waffles, sausage and potatoes; healthy opions included various fruit, juices, toast, yogurt. Good stuff.
Following breakfast the front desk allowed us to store our luggage, after check out, from about 11am - 4pm as we went back to the city before an evening flight. We returned with no issues with our held luggage, and they confirmed our IDs for pickup. The same shuttle driver took us back to the airport and the experience was again great.

Pros: Exemplary hotel or shuttle service experiences, exceeded our expectations! Great value. The hotel is close to the airport, however comfy and quiet. We will stay here again.
Cons (none related to hotel service or BW): The hotel is not convienient to the L or Metra trains, though there are connecting buses. Public transit to or from the city to the hotel took at least 90 min and cost around $10 each way. This is compared to a $30-45 rideshare service, or $50-60 taxi that would take 45 min each way depending on traffic.
