I give Best Western McCarran Inn located at 4970 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119 FOUR STARS. A chill place to get some well needed sleep after a long flight / drive. It is near the LV airport and also near the Las Vegas strip 4️⃣ 🌟's.
Passing through area booked last min. Ricky was VERY HELPFUL AMAZING customer services. Lost phone in Uber ride front desk received it back for me. Overall great night stay BIG thumbs up to all Staff ! Thank you guys so much!
The hotel was blah, nothing really worth talking about in terms of the room so I gave it 2 stars. But the only good thing about this hotel and the is the staff. Shout out to Ricky! I don't think I've ever had better service in all my stays in any other hotel....He got 5 stars all the way.
I booked this spot for 3 days but the room was just not to my liking. Only came with 2 pillows per bed and the bed itself was pretty firm. All in all I only stayed for one day and Ricky at the front desk was kind enough to help me cancel my stay and promptly gave me a refund.
I’m literally only giving this hotel 3 stars and not 1, because of Ricky at the front desk. I give him 5 stars. The hotel is not the worst hotel in the world, but for the price, I would definitely go anywhere else. The lobby is very pretty downstairs, but after walking around and visiting the room, you can tell that that’s where all the money goes, just into making the lobby look nice. The bedrooms are in serious need of an upgrade. The beds were so uncomfortable, I went down and cancelled the next 2 of my 3 night stay, as soon as I sat on it. Not to mention the terrible back pain I woke up with. I had a 2 queen bed “suite” that is suppose to sleep 5+ with only 4 pillows that were about the size of couch cushions. The room was clean, I will give them that. But it so badly needs new carpet/bedding/everything, that it looked dingy. The shutters were nice, but only side stood closed so we had to deal with that Vegas sun bright and early since there were no curtains. The bathroom was very small and the floors desperately need a deep cleaning. You can hear airplanes taking off, which is to be expected, I did not feel like I noticed the sound enough for it to be annoying, so that was nice. The parking is open to the street and there are homeless people that sleep in the back, so I would try to park my car in the front. The guests staying here right now were also a reason for leaving early. I’m aware that the hotel has no control over certain things, but there were people with their children running around in towels, not fully dressed, letting their infants run around barefoot, and even guests themselves not properly dressed/half naked. Just absolute trash staying at these hotels right now. Go somewhere else. But shoutout to Ricky! He was a joy to work with and he made the experience a lot better as much as he could.
Check in was easy. The room was clean and the ac was on when we got in the room which was nice because it was HOT for being 8pm. Staff was friendly. The only downside was due to covid there was not the usual yummy breakfast spread. But they did provide easy grab and go choices which was convenient and my kids liked the breakfast sandwiches we just came for a random spur of the moment trip and it was totally worth it. We will stay here again. It was cozy and safe. Which was something important to us because we have kids. And it wasn't pricy. Also not far to the strip. We will be coming again and this is where we will stay.
It's close to the airport and very nice 👍😃
It was a nice size room. Very clean. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. RJ was awesome. Always with a smile even as he was mopping the main lobby. I was having trouble getting my boarding pass printed he stopped what he was doing to help me. He really made us feel like we were his only customers. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Desert resort earlier this week and stayed here because we missed our flight. I feel like we should have stayed here instead.
