Comfortable rooms. Very welcoming environment. Traffic though around the hotel area is brutal in peak hours.
Rooms are quiet, and comfy. Beds are comfortable, and have feather pillows, which is rare at most mid-range hotels. There are small safes in the room as well. Parking is free.
Free Wi-Fi is also available with high speed connection. In order to log on, you will need the password which is given to you at time of check in.
Staff is friendly, and helpful. Shuttle is available every 30 minutes to the airport, if needed
A plated breakfast is included with your stay. There is a complimentary coffee station by the concierge desk. Dinner is also available and is quite tasty.
A great hotel especially if you are on a late flight. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Usual Hilton high standards. This is now my default hotel whenever I'm in Miami
Stayed during a layover at MIA. Stay was comfortable, breakfast was very good, shower fixtures probably needed replacement. Room did not feel as fresh as other HGI I have used in the past. Wouldn’t mind staying there again. Dependable shuttle to airport which is important as there is not much around hotel.
For a Hilton Garden Inn I was not impressed at all. As a diamond member you have few expectations not because of privilege, but just because of the amount of time we spend in hotels. When checking in the clerk failed to realize that I was a diamond member, when I asked if there were upgrades available, without even looking at the computer I was told no. I especially enjoyed the security deposit that you charged on the room. In all of my travels, I have never been charged a security deposit. Of course every hotel places a hold on a credit card, but I've never been told it's a security charge for damages to the room. Most of all though I enjoyed the all christian and republican TV. I called down three times and couldn't get anyone to come to the room. The room TV was programmed to only receive christian network TV and republican talk shows. When I mentioned this to the same clerk on checking out, I was told they have a "limited television selection". So as a Diamond member, this hotel FAILED. In my next travels to Miami I'll certainly skip this hotel and I'd recommend others coming into the airport check out the other Hilton properties just around the corner. I certainly will be.
