What is the quoted price?
The total price that appears on your reservation receipt is for your entire parking stay in accordance with the dates and times you entered (not the price per day). The “Pay Now” price on our checkout page is the amount of money that will be charged to your credit card; the equivalent of one day's parking fee and a service fee that is not refunded to you by the parking lot. The “Pay at Lot” price is the amount you will pay the parking lot. Both our checkout page and the reservation receipt and email itinerary review you receive after placing your reservation indicate if tax is included - this varies by location. YOU MUST PRINT YOUR RECEIPT AND PRESENT IT TO THE CASHIER TO REDEEM THE RESERVATION AND RECEIVE THE QUOTED PRICE.

Does the quoted price include taxes and airport fees?
Your quoted price will indicate if taxes and fees imposed by the airport are included. The taxes and fees are explained in the Parking Rate section on the check-out page. Also on the check-out page will be an estimated total cost with taxes and fees.

What times do I enter for my parking arrival and departure?
Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before your flight departure time. Please enter the time you wish to arrive at the parking vendor’s lot (NOT your flight departure and arrival times). For your parking departure time, please allow 30-45 minutes to retrieve your bags and return to the lot.

What if I my flight is delayed or I arrive earlier or park longer than my reservation receipt indicates?
Your total price will ultimately be based on the actual length of time you are parked. You will be charged the daily or hourly rate stated on your reservation receipt if you arrive earlier or stay longer than the dates and times you originally input. You are charged from the time you arrive at the parking lot until the time you depart to the lot, not for the departure and arrival times on your airline ticket.

How and when do I pay?
You pay the equivalent of the one-day’s parking fee and a service fee that is not refunded to you by the parking lot. The remainder (the “Pay at Lot” price) you will pay to the parking vendor. Our parking affiliates accept cash and all major credit cards.

Is the reservation really 'Guaranteed'?
The independently owned and operated parking lots in our network have agreed to honor all reservations made through our business. A valid reservation receipt must be presented to the parking lot. All parking lots have access to their reservations in order to manage their occupancy.
Please note that during peak travel periods some parking lots may display a "Lot Full" sign at the check-in area. Present your reservation receipt and you should be accommodated. Our network of parking operators requires the printed receipt to verify your reservation and to honor your parking rate.
In the unlikely event that upon check-in the parking lot is oversold and there are no parking spaces available, we will refund the amount you paid online to make the reservation and ensure that you will be reimbursed for your first day of parking at whatever alternate lot you used. Please keep your receipt for reimbursement.
Additionally, we will advocate on your behalf with the management of the parking lot for reasonable compensation for your inconvenience. This may include a substantial parking discount on a future trip.
The purpose of our airport parking reservation service is to help make your travel a little less stressful. You have our promise that we'll work hard to make that a reality on every trip you take.

Where is the parking lot located?
The network of parking operators on our web site are private companies located off the airport property and are usually adjacent to the airport - between a few blocks to a few miles from the airport entrance. All lots provide free transportation to and from all terminals. Directions to the lot, the lot’s telephone number and additional information will be provided on your reservation confirmation. In most cases, a link to a map of the area is also provided.

What if there is a change in my travel itinerary?
Before purchasing your reservation, carefully review your travel itinerary including departure and return dates and times. If your travel itinerary changes, this will NOT affect the amount you paid online to reserve your space. It may affect the total due to the parking facility. Your reservation receipt covers your entire length of stay based on your chosen departure and return dates and times. Your actual total may be higher or lower, based on the actual length of time your vehicle is parked with your chosen parking vendor. If your travel itinerary changes, your reservation will continue to be valid for a period of 7 days from your departure date as indicated on your reservation confirmation/receipt.

Yes. Simply enter the person's name in the "Person Parking" field when checking out. Both your name and their name will appear on your receipt.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation please do not call the parking lot, click here to use our contact form. Be sure to choose "Cancellations" from the category menu and provide the information requested. We'll review your request and respond within 24 hours.
If there is a change in your travel dates or times, you may continue to use your reservation within 7 days of your original departure date. If your trip is canceled, you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice before your departure date to receive a refund of the amount you paid online.

Can I get my car washed or oil changed while away?
Many of the parking operators in our network offer car care services including a car wash, wax and detail, oil change and lube, and some minor repairs. Some of the parking operators allow you to pre-order services on our website prior to completing your transaction. If you do not see a service menu prior to our checkout page for the parking operator of your choice, you can generally arrange car care services upon check-in to their facility.

What should I do if I cannot print my reservation confirmation?
If you are unable to print your reservation confirmation, please notify us by email. We will arrange to email your confirmation to an alternate email address, fax, or mail you a copy. To receive a copy by mail, your departure date must be a minimum of 5 business days from today’s date.
You must present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date.

How does your parking lot (star) rating system work?
Shortly after customers return from their trip, we send them an invitation to participate in a short survey about their airport parking experience. Parking lots are rated Excellent, Good, Fair or Poor on questions such as "Was the shuttle service prompt?", "Were the attendants courteous?", "Did you receive the quoted rate based on your actual length of parking?", and "Was the parking lot easy to find and were the directions provided adequate?". We assign point values to these responses and aggregate the results in order to determine the parking lot's star rating (1-5 stars). Results are updated daily.

What is the quoted rate?
The quoted rate is for one night's stay at the hotel near the airport (either before or after your trip) in a standard room with long term parking for the number of days indicated on your confirmation. In most cases the rate is for up to 4 people in a room and at least 1 week parking unless otherwise indicated. Taxes are not included in the quoted rate.

How and when do I pay for my Park and Fly package with hotel accomodation?
To secure your room you pay a reservation fee per room now on-line. The balance is paid when you check-out of the hotel. The per room reservation fee will be credited to your account and deducted from your bill at check out. If you change your dates of travel, do so directly with the hotel and the per room reservation fee paid will still be credited upon check-out. In addition, the per room reservation fee is REFUNDABLE IF YOU PROVIDE NOTICE DIRECTLY TO ParkSleepFly.com via email, within 48 hours prior to your check-in date. There is a separate $4.99 non-refundable processing fee for each transaction.

What if I want to stay the night in a hotel near the airport when I return from my trip, but want to park my car while away on my trip?
If your check-in date at the hotel is the night after your trip, please go to the front desk when you park you car and give them your check in date and tell them that you are parking your car now. The hotel may ask you to pay for your room in advance.

What if I have changes or questions after I make Park and Fly hotel reservations?
The Hotel address, phone number and email address will be on the email confirmation you receive. If you have any changes, contact the hotel directly and your reservation fee will be credited as described above.

What is cancellation policy?
When you book you guarantee your reservations with a credit card. You must cancel in advance with the hotel or you will be charged for one night at the quoted rate by the hotel. Each hotel has their own cancellation policy and it is listed for each hotel on ParkSleepFly.com, but most require cancellation by at least 4PM on the day of arrival and you will have no charges to your credit card. All cancellations must be made by phone directly with the hotel. You will be issued a cancellation number. The reservation deposit that is paid on line to ParkSleepFly.com is fully refundable with 48 hours notice made via email to refund@ParkSleepFly.com, otherwise the reservation fee is non-refundable.

What is the Pay Now Deposit, Pay Later, Service Fee and Total Pricing?
Your Pay Now Deposit is a percentage of the total fare, which we collect to guarantee your reservation. This is only a deposit and the Pay Later amount is what you will owe upon the completion of your ride. The service fee is a small fee we charge you to process your reservation online. The total pricing is total cost of the transportation you requested plus our small service fee.
My flight changed - how do I go about changing my reservation?
Please contact the Customer Service at 1-877-716-2520 and we will be happy to arrange for a reservation that correlates with your new schedule. Please submit changes minimum 48 hours prior to your reservation date.
My flight is delayed. Do I need to contact anyone to let them know to hold my Shuttle reservation?
No, your flight is monitored for delays and you will be picked up accordingly. If you have booked transportation with a company that offer scheduled airport pickups, you can refer to your reservation confirmation to see the frequency. Typically shuttles leave the airport every 15-30 minutes.
I only want one-way transportation. How do I book this?
Some of our shuttle providers only offer one-way or roundtrip transfers. Please make sure that you purchase the appropriate transfer for your trip. If your provider offers one-way transportation, simply check the box that says One-way TO Airport or One-Way FROM Airport and enter your date of travel.
Do I have to make my booking online?
It is recommended but if you have any trouble please call Customer Service at 1-877-716-2520 and a representative will assist you.
Is there a fee associated with this service?
Yes. There is a service fee. However the transportation rates have no hidden fees associated with purchasing service through our website.
What shuttle company specifically will pick me up?
You have a selection of not only multiple vehicle types (shared-ride shuttle, sedan, limo, SUV) but also multiple transportation companies, insuring you receive the lowest possible rate and greatest amount of options of services. Therefore, you decided which shuttle company you want to make a reservation with.
Where do I go to catch the shuttle once I've made a purchase?
Follow the instructions on your confirmation receipt once you have made your shuttle purchase on rideflyreservations.com. The directions will vary by airport location, but will usually be located near the passenger pick-up areas outside of baggage claim. You may be required to phone a reservation for your shuttle. which will be indicated on the confirmation once it is purchased.
Can I cancel the reservation if I cancel my flight?
Yes, please contact the Customer Service at 1-877-716-2520. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance receive full refunds. A NO SHOW will result in a full charge of the quoted fare and gratuity on your credit card.
Is my credit card charged immediately upon booking my reservation?
Yes. The merchant of record on your credit card will show Parking Access, LLC our parent company. You are only charged a small percentage of the total fare, plus our service fee, and will owe the transportation company the balance upon the completion of your trip.
Will the shuttle pick me up at my home and take me to the airport?
Yes, many of our providers offer door-to-door service from home/office to the airport as well as service from the airport to your home or office. Many providers specialize in hotel pickup and drop-offs, so please make sure before making a reservation you select a company that has pickup and drop-offs at residential and business addresses.
What is a shared-ride service?
A shared-ride is an economical transportation option that allows passengers heading in the same geographic direction to save money by traveling together.
What is a private shuttle van?
If you or your party would rather travel alone, you have the option of selecting a exclusive shuttle van with flat rates to and from the airport. This is a non-shared, non stop transportation service. Highly recommend if traveling with over 3 people.
