| We offer two payment options for your convenience. You can choose to pay a one-night deposit upon checkout and pay the balance directly to the lot when you leave, or you can pre-pay in full through our site.
Whichever you choose, there are a few important things to remember:
- If schedule changes result in your being parked longer than indicated on your reservation, you will be charged the difference by the lot upon departure.
- You must show your printed receipt to the lot staff to receive credit for your online payment.
- There is a $5 service fee. This enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping, our mobile app, 24-7 customer support, and other valuable services.
- Our parking lots accept cash and all major credit cards. |

| Can I make a reservation for someone else? |
| Absolutely! Just enter the traveler's name in the 'Person Parking' field during checkout. Both the traveler and purchaser's names will be printed on your receipt. |

| Oversize vehicles (vehicles that take up more than one space) may be subject to additional charges. Please contact the lot directly for more information. |

| What happens after I click "Book Reservation"? |
| After clicking "Book Reservation," please be patient; it may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your reservation receipt will be displayed, and a copy sent to the email address provided during checkout. Your receipt contains all the information you'll need to park, including:
- Name of traveler (and purchaser, if different)
- Departure airport
- Parking lot name, address, phone number, and directions
- Reserved arrival and departure dates and times
- Parking rate and estimated total price, including $5 service fee
- Lot-specific arrival and transportation details
It is important that you bring a copy of your reservation with you, so the lot can verify your reservation. Without a receipt, you will not receive credit for your online payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund payments incurred as a result of not having a copy of the receipt at the time of arrival.
If you need a copy of your receipt or are unable to print it, we can send it to you via fax, an alternative email address, or by regular mail. (Please note that regular mail requires 5 days to ensure delivery.)

| There are several prices and amounts on my receipt. What do they mean? |
| Here's an explanation of the Payments section of your receipt:
- Pre-Paid Deposit is the amount you paid through our site, which will be credited to you by the lot.
- Service Fee is a $5 charge that allows us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping, our mobile app, 24-7 customer support, and other valuable services.
- Pay at Lot is the estimated balance due, based on your guaranteed rate and the arrival and departure times provided in your reservation. Please note that schedule changes and additional services purchased directly from the lot may result in changes to this total.
- Estimated Total is the Pay at Lot total plus the Pre-Paid Deposit.
- Total Paid is the amount you have already paid, including the $5 service fee. |

| How do I get to and from the airport once I've parked? |
| Usually, free transportation between the lot and airport is provided via shuttle bus. Please be sure to allow 15-20 minutes to check-in at the lot, park, and take the shuttle to your terminal.
Upon your return, depending on which airport and lot you are using, you may:
- Wait in the airport's designated area for the next regularly scheduled shuttle pickup,
- Use the courtesy phones in the baggage area to contact the lot for pickup, or
- Use your phone to call the number on your claim check to request pickup.
Please note that some airports or lots may offer other services, like airport dropoff in your own vehicle, limo dropoff or pickup, etc. You can find this information on the parking lot info page on our site, or by contacting the lot directly. |

| What if I am parked longer than my reservation receipt indicates, due to flight delays or other schedule changes? |
| The rate on your receipt is guaranteed, however parking longer than indicated on your reservation will result in additional charges, payable directly to the lot. The lot will calculate the total cost of your reservation when you leave, based on the rate on your receipt.
Please be aware that a shorter parking time than indicated on your reservation will not result in a refund.

| What is the quoted rate? |
| The quoted rate is for one night's stay at the hotel near the airport (either before or after your trip) in a standard room with long term parking for the number of days indicated on your confirmation. In most cases the rate is for up to 4 people in a room and at least 1 week parking unless otherwise indicated. Taxes are not included in the quoted rate. |

| How and when do I pay for my Park and Fly package with hotel accomodation? |
| To secure your room you pay a reservation fee per room now on-line. The balance is paid when you check-out of the hotel. The per room reservation fee will be credited to your account and deducted from your bill at check out. If you change your dates of travel, do so directly with the hotel and the per room reservation fee paid will still be credited upon check-out. In addition, the per room reservation fee is REFUNDABLE IF YOU PROVIDE NOTICE DIRECTLY TO ParkSleepFly.com via email, within 48 hours prior to your check-in date. There is a separate $4.99 non-refundable processing fee for each transaction. |

| What if I want to stay the night in a hotel near the airport when I return from my trip, but want to park my car while away on my trip? |
| If your check-in date at the hotel is the night after your trip, please go to the front desk when you park you car and give them your check in date and tell them that you are parking your car now. The hotel may ask you to pay for your room in advance. |

| What if I have changes or questions after I make Park and Fly hotel reservations? |
| The Hotel address, phone number and email address will be on the email confirmation you receive. If you have any changes, contact the hotel directly and your reservation fee will be credited as described above. |

| What is cancellation policy? |
| When you book you guarantee your reservations with a credit card. You must cancel in advance with the hotel or you will be charged for one night at the quoted rate by the hotel. Each hotel has their own cancellation policy and it is listed for each hotel on ParkSleepFly.com, but most require cancellation by at least 4PM on the day of arrival and you will have no charges to your credit card. All cancellations must be made by phone directly with the hotel. You will be issued a cancellation number. The reservation deposit that is paid on line to ParkSleepFly.com is fully refundable with 48 hours notice made via email to refund@ParkSleepFly.com, otherwise the reservation fee is non-refundable. |

| Transportation on shuttle buses is provided to and from the airport for Park, Sleep, Fly customers. Most hotels provide 24 hour shuttle service. Hours of shuttle service and times of departure from the hotel are clearly stated in the hotel information section prior to making your reservation. Upon your return, there are courtesy phones in the baggage area, or a phone number on your claim check to call for pick-up. At larger airports, shuttle buses constantly circle the airport. |

| How much time should I allow to check-in and get to the airport? |
| The Park and Fly hotels are close to the airport entrance. Upon arrival at the hotel, check with the front desk on when you should be in the lobby for the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle bus drivers will assist you with your luggage. Check with your airline on how much time they need, but presently, one hour for domestic flights and two hours for international flights is the norm. |

| In most cases Parking Lots are adjacent to the hotel and are fenced, safe and secure. Like all parking lots, even the parking lots on the airport, the hotel accepts no liability for your car or contents left in the car. |

| No, your flight is monitored for delays and you will be picked up accordingly. If you have booked transportation with a company that offer scheduled airport pickups, you can refer to your reservation confirmation to see the frequency. Typically shuttles leave the airport every 15-30 minutes. |

| I only want one-way transportation. How do I book this? |
| Some of our shuttle providers only offer one-way or roundtrip transfers. Please make sure that you purchase the appropriate transfer for your trip. | Where do I go to catch the shuttle once I've made a purchase? |
| Follow the instructions on your confirmation receipt once you have made your shuttle purchase on rideflyreservations.com. The directions will vary by airport location, but will usually be located near the passenger pick-up areas outside of baggage claim. You may be required to phone a reservation for your shuttle. which will be indicated on the confirmation once it is purchased. |
